The minibar fridge was out of order, could not open, and the AC unit blows directly onto the bed so my husband wouldn't let me use it-- otherwise everything was fully five star and we were really happy with the room, services, and restaurant! Thanks so much.

Wouldn’t stay again, friendly staff however not worth what we paid. Carpet stains all over, cute room which has everything we needed and clean otherwise. Balcony dirty so don’t go out. Gym unfortunately no air flowing through and many machines broken and run down.

The man that checked us in was fantastic and so was the restaurant's server. The room was nice althought you could smell cigarette smoke coming from the next rooms balcony. We for went the cleaning service as they were offering a discount off their restaurant meals but when we asked about it, the lady at reception was not very pleasant.

We were overcharged and it took over 30 mins and three print outs of the bill to get it corrected. The usual " we will pass on your feedback" is not a proper response an issue. At least they could try and look like they are interested and will help with the problem.
