The air conditioner in our particular room was noisy when it’s heated it goes on & off with a rattling noise other than that it’s clean and comfortable

There was no internet plugged to the TV, hence we could connect to YouTube. Had to depend on boring TV channels which had nothing great playing. Couldn’t speak to the service desk as they close at 6pm.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed the rooms are beautiful. The staff are amazing. They are so helpful getting a big blueberry muffin on arrival and a free tea and coffee was just amazing. Free tea and coffee and biscuits and milk in our room. The shampoo and conditioner is up there not like the cheap stuff you get it most places that you stay at. We will definitely be staying there again.

Comfortable & Modern

Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again. The room was modern, tidy & offered a small kitchenette - no sink. This made it easier for preparing my takeaway dinner! On arrival the office was closed, it was necessary to retrieve my key via the 'contactless' facility.......... at first I was a little put out, have to say though the system was easy, quick & trouble free. No issues checking in like this again.
