I stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The service was great — the staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to all amenities, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The only downside was the elevator. It often took a very long time to arrive, and at times it would even skip my floor entirely while I was waiting. Because of that, I found myself taking the stairs most of the time, which wasn’t ideal. Aside from the elevator issue, everything else was great. I’d still recommend this hotel for its excellent service and location — just be prepared for a bit of a wait if you’re relying on the elevator!

Was not aware of the free Open Bar at the rooftop pool from 11a-11p. But did get ill from bad ice afterwards. Also, car park only fits compact cars, so glad we didn't have a suburban this trip! But overall great spot, comfortable rooms, good value. Would return.

I had a lot of inconvenience in my check-in I had to pay the night 2 times and in the morning my breakfast was denied even though I had included it in the booking. I have to go to the lobby again and verify that the breakfast was paid for. This happened 2 days since the next day it happened the same thing.

After check-in, all is good.

Crazy check-in rules. Everyone waiting in the lobby at 3pm for your name to be called. But a good hotel at a great price for the area. Close enough to everything you need but away from the noise of the Coco Bongo area.
