Great location. Staff extremely pleasant and friendly! We had an amazing stay here. We enjoyed the ability to walk to everything. We enjoyed the location so much that we would stay here again.

Did not like rooftop bar with no seating and slow service. I declined to get a free drink. Would rather pay for nicer experience. Sad that this is strongly advertised and poorly set up. Overall, I would rather pay more and have nicer hotel but appreciate the cheaper option.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Está muy enfocado a la gente que viene de fiesta por su cercanía a discotecas. Si vienen en familia o pareja, no es adecuado. La entrada es muy triste. En recepción tienen procesos absurdos y son lentísimos. No te dan habitación hasta las 3 pm. El elevador no se sabe si funciona o no Los baños fallan No es un lugar acogedor

I like the area where this hotel is situated, it’s in the centre which makes it very easy to move around. The hotel itself was good , staffs were very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend and would stay here again if I visit cancun in the near future . Well done !!

Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE!!!

Our stay here was wonderful!!! The hotel was immaculate, the bed was soooo comfortable, the shower was amazing, the drinks were made with fresh fruit, and the staff were super helpful and caring towards my 6 yr old son who suffered a head injury while we were in Cancun. My only complaint is that the 2nd elevator was out of service (though they were working on it every day!!) and the pool isn’t heated, but many of the pools in Cancun aren’t, so this wasn’t much of a surprise.

Las almohadas son duras si pudieran cambiarlas

Nuestra experiencia en general fue buena, el personal es amable Eddie de recepción muy atento en nuestro check in, agradable estancia. Excelente la open bar creo es un plus bastante atractivo, el desayuno igual bastante completo muy agradable. El único detalle serían las almohadas son muy duras
