Enjoy this wonderful apartment fully equipped for a pleasant and nice stay. Located on the 8th floor it has one of the most beautiful view on the Nichupté Lagoon and the sea.



Just few step away you'll find the famous Hospital Galenia (Fertility Center Cancun), the "Superama" by Walmart supermarket, many malls, restaurants and cafeterias.



The condo has its own pool, sundeck, barbecue, gym and a large underground parking.



The Space:

The apartment comes with a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a large open space with kitchen (microwave, electric grill, coffee machine, fridge and all you need to cook). Dining table and sofa.



Bedroom with walk-in closet and own bathroom. Balcony to enjoy the sunrise or the breeze of the evening. The bedroom has a king size bed (200 cm x 180 cm) and the sofa bed in the livingroom is a double bed (130 cm x 180 cm).



If you rent a car or you come with your own car the apartment has its own parking lot in the underground parking. Please do not forget to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym!



There is currently a construction site next door, so there may be noise during the day. Prices and cancellation policies already take this factor into account.



Guest Access:

Guests can enjoy excellent shared amenities designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The condominium offers 24-hour security, a swimming pool including a rooftop pool, gym, washer and dryer, indoor parking, and luggage storage before check-in (after 11:00 AM).



Guests may also use the rooftop grill area (available for an additional fee of $12 USD).



This condominium is a quiet, family-friendly environment, where the tranquility of all guests is a priority. Parties, loud noises, and nighttime music are not permitted, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay for everyone.



The Neighborhood:

The building is located on the famous Tulum Av., it’s really easy to catch a taxi to move in any part of the city.

Less than ten minutes walking you’ll find a supermarket, the ADO bus secondary station (with buses to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, etc..), the Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun) and the Las Americas mall (where you can catch the public transport to the beach).



Getting Around:

The public bus stop is 7 minutes walking. From Las Américas shopping mall, take the bus to “CRUCERO”, get off at the City hall (Palacio municipal) cross the street and take Route 1 or Route 2 to Hotel Zone (Zona Hotelera). By the Ibis hotel there is an ADO bus secondary station with buses to Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itzá, Tulum, Xcaret, etc.



Distances:

- 15-20 min away by car from Cancun Airport (out of the city)

- 14 min away by car to Isla Mujeres ferry at Puerto Juarez.

- 7 min away walking to Las Américas shopping mall.

- 5 min away walking to Superama by WalMart (Supermarket) and ADO bus secondary station.

- 4 min away walking to Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun).
