The breakfast buffet was excellent! The menu changed every day and everything was delicious. We had a few appetizers at the restaurant and those were good, too. Also, the staff was very friendly. The beach was very nice.

Beachscape Kin Ha reminds me of old Mexico hotels. Only three and four story with elevators and recently renovated. Centrally located in the "hotel zone". Very clean, right on the beach. The sand is super fine and white with many palapas for its guest. The water is crystal clear with little surf, perfect for wading and swimming. They have two dining areas, one next to the swimming pool that serves breakfast, and the other area right on the beach that serves lunch and dinner. The food was great. Wonderful place at reasonable pricing.

I think this is a great option if you want to be close to the hotel zone but no exactly in the hotel zone. Very walkable. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Beach restaurant was very good and bartenders went the extra mile. The pool was clean and large. We had a 1 bedroom condo with a view to the lagoon. Overall it was a great property and I would for sure book there again.

Great overall!

We had a great time! Pool and beach access was nice. Rooms were basic, but clean and had everything we needed. Food was pretty good. It wasn’t fancy, but we enjoyed our stay. I’d only want the front desk staff to communicate about transportation a little better.
