Cancun Bay All Inclusive Hotel offers 132 air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and an iron/ironing board. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Each accommodation is individually decorated. LCD televisions come with cable channels. Guests can make use of the in-room coffee/tea makers and minibars. Bathrooms include a shower. Housekeeping is offered on a daily basis and hairdryers can be requested. Cots/infant beds (complimentary) are also available.
2 outdoor swimming pools are on site along with a children's pool. Other recreational amenities include Access to hot tub and a fitness centre.

We had such a great time staying here! Everything was super clean, which made a big difference. The staff were all super friendly and always happy to help. There were plenty of fun activities to keep us busy, and the views were absolutely stunning. It’s also a really quiet and relaxing place—perfect for families looking to unwind. The food was another highlight. The buffet had a different theme every night, which kept things fun and tasty, and there were also restaurant options you could reserve for free, which was a nice bonus. We looked forward to dinner every day! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun, stress-free getaway.

My husband and I just stayed here for the third time in two years. We love it here! It was so nice to see Paty at the buffet and Jordan at the bar. The outside bar tenders are awesome! I will always come back to this hotel!

The resort is dated but the rooms are very spacious. The beach is almost non existent and the dining options are limited. However, the staff is amazing and the grounds are clean. It's a budget and family friendly property.

Had a great experience. The rooms are a bit outdated but the service and friendliness of the entire staff more than made up for it. The buffet was smaller but all the food there was pretty good. We really had an excellent time at the hotel and for the price I would definitely return.

The all-in was very nice, nice beach, nice pool. The buffet was good as well and open for most part of the day - but on top of the buffet, there was only one à la carte restorant open for dinner, but they don't have enough space for all guest, so you have to reserve a spot each day. To make a reservation, you need to be in line at 8:30 AM at the reception. Also, the tours/activities offered at the hotel, are way more expensive than reserving somewhere else. The hotel is very close to the ferry that takes you to isla mujeres! You can also take the bus to Cancun (12 pesos per person) - much cheaper than a taxi! Recommended for short stays.

My friends and I stayed here for spring break and the master suite was great and spacious! The bathroom smelled a little weird but the resort is so beautiful. Food wasn’t that for an all inclusive I would stay here again!

The customer service at the resort was very bad. They felt racists, they didn’t mind showing up at our table and ask for even a cup of water. Also, the food was same every day every time. They specify different cuisines but end up providing the same menu/food. The other restaurants in the resort are often closed and they end up misleading us with wrong information. The drinks were bad too. I would say that the only good things were water and beer. Cherry on the top, we didn’t have anybody to guide us even to the room and we were roaming around to find our room. We didn’t pay so much for getting such bad services and I would not recommend this place to anybody. We had a very terrible experience.

We had to cancel our trip to Mexico due to a death in the family. This us a non refundable hotel. We asked to reschedule our stay for another time, it was denied. I will never ever book another hotel without being able to cancel 10 days or so before our arrival. Expedia is hard to deal with. We couldn't call the hotel.

There were a couple very friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. Many times we were left sitting at the table without anyone offering drinks or refills if we got the drink. The main areas of the hotel were clean but could use a fresh coat of paint in many areas. The rooms were mostly clean, some hairs left in the bathroom from the previous guests. The air conditioner didn't work in our room so they moved us. In the second room, the curtain was not wide enough for the window so we affixed a bed runner to the curtain rod so we had privacy and to block the morning. We didn't ask to move a 3rd time. The description days 5 restaurants which is technically true however what they have is (1) a buffet with a small selection (2) a snack shack by the pool that is open 12pm-5pm and only served hamburgers, hot dogs and fries (3) a sushi restaurant that was open 2 out of the 6 evenings we were there (4) BBQ restaurant that is set up in the snack shak every 3rd night or so with a prefixed family style meal (5) an Italian restaurant every 3rd night and some afternoons set up on one of the patios. You had to go to the concierge desk at 8:30 am to make reservations for the BBQ and Italian. We felt the options were very limited . I didnt realize this is an all inclusive hotel and not resort which is my fault so with that being said, we were very underwhelmed with the offereings and facility.

Beautiful pool and beach area! I only spent one night, and drinks were good, not sure why the only bar outside is in the pool. Food at the buffet was OK, Rooms could have a couple more amenities like body wash, tissues, and water in the refrigerator (there are three cans of soda in the refrigerator when I arrived).

We recently stayed at this hotel during our vacation, and overall, we had a nice time—but there were a few things worth mentioning. The property itself is beautiful and very well-maintained. It’s conveniently located near the beach, which is a big plus. However, it’s also right by the main road, so the noise from cars and buses can be a bit much, especially at night. The buffet food was decent, but it got repetitive as it was mostly the same options every day. They do offer alternative restaurants on-site, which you can book, but reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and spots fill up fast. Unfortunately, our experience at La Vista Sushi Shen was not great. The sushi was too spicy for our taste, and everything else—from the miso soup to the fried rice and noodles—was far too salty. One thing we found a bit uncomfortable was the tipping culture. It seems to be expected everywhere. We always left tips, but we noticed that when others didn’t, staff reactions were noticeably different, which felt awkward. The nightly shows weren’t very entertaining in our opinion, but that might just come down to personal taste. Despite these issues, we did enjoy our trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which made a big difference in our stay.

The staff was incredible. They were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a lot of small dining and shopping locations around the resort. This resort is good if you want to relax and not be overwhelmed. The smaller location makes for a more personal experience. If you go and want the nightly “fancy” dinner, you will need to get down early for reservations because they book kind of fast and reservations are limited. Would definitely come here again.
