Clean and safe and the staff are excellent! Shout out to our cleaning lady Arline and Aurelia who treated us when we arrived. Great pool and beach . Infinity pool and right on a great part of the beach. Keep you expectations low but well worth the stay. An Oxxo close by for anything you need !

The ocean view was fantastic! Easy access to the beach from the pool area. The female staff was very helpful. She greeted us in the parking lot to help us find our way to the office. The location on the beach in Cancun was excellent. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. We opened our sliding door to the sound of waves. The pool and the deck chair access was great. When the renovations are complete then it will be even better.

Staff super friendly and courteous. The hotel itself is a little old but the rooms are great and it was VERY CALM (and we were there for the 31st of December). The swimming pool was super clean and it is literally on the beach. I definitely recommend even if the price are a little expensive
