The property is very nice and in great condition. The staff is also wonderful. We were privileged and we ate at the Beloved and Wendy & Miguel (manager) were the best and they made our vacation so enjoyable. They work very hard and always greet you with a smile. I would definitely come back to this resort again. We have also stayed at Catalonia Maroma which is also very nice but I do like this one better.

The room was spacious and clean. However the food and drinks were not up to par. Tasteless and the drinks are watered down. We went with a group of family and friends half of us did get food poisoning. You are treated based on the color/status of your wristband. Make sure to book an either priveleged suite or become an exclusive member to enjoy the full experience and amenities of this resort.

Love this property! Ive been to others there in Cancun but this one by far is absolutely gorgeous. One think i didnt like was the reservation for dinners!! We were 15min late and they said Sorry we cant let you dine!!! Kinda rude too! The buffet was not very good kinda bland! We've had way better.

Food in the restaurants need to be improved. Got Montezuma’s revenge after eating a salad. But the beach is absolutely amazing, and they serve you on the beach, vacation time!

The property was absolutely beautiful!! The room was huge, bed was very comfortable. The beach was so stunning and clean, waves were a bit intense. Buffet was great with a lot of options even for breakfast. Everything was easily accessible. Coffee shop was lovely. Crepes were yummy. We enjoyed Bloved restaurant. On our 2nd last day they seemed to have some electric issues power went out but came back within a few seconds. We celebrated my parents birthday with a group of 7. Servers were very kind and helped accomodate to our requests esp with getting a cake last minute for their bday however service wasn't the best at restaurants there was always items missing in our order & wud have to wait a long time to receive some orders. It was quite difficult to get reservations for dinner even though we tried to book everything as quick as possible. Regardless we had such a wonderful time & would definitely recommend visiting this property.
