* Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With normal and responsible use they should not exceed it (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open).



We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Getting Around:

Our studio is centrally located with easy access to public transportation.



The ADO bus station is just a few minutes away by taxi or bus, allowing you to connect to destinations like the Cancun International Airport (CUN) in approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.



There are also city bus stops (R1 or R2) within walking distance, connecting you to the Hotel Zone and other points of interest in Cancun.



Free street parking is available, subject to availability. To make your travels easier, we can help you coordinate private transportation services for an additional cost.

The accommodation is located within a condominium, where more guests stay and there are common areas that are shared. For these reasons there may be noise from neighbors, cars, or pets.





The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are found in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium.



It must be taken into account that during the entire month of April remodeling work will be carried out (specifically in the roof area); This can cause noise and dust on the property.

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
