Our stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa - All Inclusive was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed—warm, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond. The resort itself is stunning. Beautifully maintained grounds, crystal-clear pools, and a beach that feels like something out of a postcard. Whether we were relaxing poolside, enjoying the ocean breeze, or walking the property, everything felt peaceful and thoughtfully designed. The food exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Every restaurant delivered quality, variety, and great service—no shortcuts, just consistently good meals and drinks. Room service was prompt and well done, and the bars kept things fun without ever feeling chaotic. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and relaxing—exactly what you want after a day in the sun. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Entertainment and activities were the perfect balance: plenty to do if you want it, but never overwhelming. It’s an ideal spot whether you’re looking to unwind, celebrate something special, or just completely disconnect. We left already talking about when we’ll come back. If you’re considering Dreams Jade, book it—you won’t regret it.

We just returned from an incredible 5-day family stay at this resort in Cancun, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely amazing. Food was good (leaned a bit towards the bland side -- and getting a table at the al a carte restaurants was very confusing.) My review would have been five star, but I had to wait an hour and a half for my room. This did not start the trip out well.

Rooms weren’t particularly clean. Some staff unhelpful. Spice restaurant AWFUL, every main was very bad. French, Italian and Mexican restaurants were quite good. Pool occasionally dirty due to gardening right next to it. Sometimes heated pool stopped working and was cold. Bad experience with room not being cleaned and being accused of using ‘do not disturb’ sign, which we had not/didn’t use for the whole trip.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa in Puerto Morelos. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our visit. Room service and the restaurants were very good, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway. There are, however, a few areas where improvements could elevate the experience even further. While the food quality was good, offering more diverse menu options and slightly larger portions in the restaurants would better accommodate a wide range of guests. Additionally, the music and entertainment in common areas—especially around the pool—felt repetitive and limited in variety. The resort attracts guests from all over the world, yet the entertainment often seemed primarily catered to Caucasian guests. A more diverse selection of music and entertainment styles would create a more inclusive environment where everyone feels represented. Hearing the same artists daily can become monotonous, and broader cultural representation would greatly enhance the overall vibe. Overall, this is a lovely resort with strong service and great amenities. I would happily return if these changes were made. With more diverse food options, slightly larger portions, and more inclusive entertainment, Dreams Jade Resort & Spa could provide an even better experience for all guests.

The resort is very nice for families. The pool has multiple sections giving different vibes at each. The restaurants are centrally located and easy to get to. I have a fractured ankle and had to use a knee scooter and found it very accessible. The food at the restaurants was extremely good compared to other resorts. The buffet was just okay. I wish the pool had more group activities. They were only offered at 11am and 4pm. These activities were so much fun for my son. We celebrated a birthday and it was a bit frustrating that I had to call the concierge 3x to remind them to put a door banner and bring a cake. Also I will add that I made a reservation for hibachi and when I arrived I was not listed in the book, instead replaced by a family who had a wedding at a resort. Thankfully I kept the reservation card as proof otherwise they wouldn’t have sat us. The fire show is by far the best entertainment at the property, the shows in theater were not that good having technology issues and the space needs to be updated. They were renovating during my stay 12/12-15. It’s nice they are making repairs. It did not interfere with my stay. The workers at this property are fantastic.
