We had an amazing stay! From start to finish it was effortless! The service was excellent and the place was so clean. I loved how friendly all the servers were. Special shout out to Leo at Cin Cin and Al at the preferred pool. They were both so friendly and made our stay extra special! The bartenders in the preferred club were also so kind. The grounds are beautiful and so clean. The food was also very enjoyable. I was very nervous because I have a very sensitive stomach to new food but had no issues at all here! I loved the food! The preferred breakfast was so tasty and definitely worth it! I really enjoyed the entertainment also. I was never bored! My favourite was the Mexican night and the violin player. I would highly recommend and definitely come back!

The resort was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The staff were amazing! They were so welcoming and friendly and made guests feel welcome and so comfortable. They always had a positive attitude and didn’t make us feel like we were a burden. We got fast food and drinks served to us wherever we were: the beach, the pool, room service, etc. The food was also delicious and there was a variety of selections for the buffet. I loved that it is very family friendly. There was daily entertainment but by 11pm everything was off and quiet, which I appreciated because we had little ones. The kid’s center wasn’t very entertaining but overall, our kids had an amazing experience. The pillows in the room smelled a little musty but overall, this is a 5 star resort. We will definitely be back.

Preferred was not worth $200 per night extra. Did not get any extra benefits besides the adult pool. Not enough bar servers at either the pools or the beaches. No robes in the room. Same amenities as all of the other rooms. The teen zone never had anyone up there to hand out basketballs, golf clubs, etc. Kids went up there several times and there was no one around so they left The only upside was the waiters in the buffet. They were phenomenal.

Everything was AMAZING!! The staff are extremely friendly and always very helpful. The resort is beautiful and elegant, definitely top notch. The food was great. Our favorite restaurant was Spice. The beach was a little rocky with some seaweed but nothing to complain about. We find a section that was Crystal clear. Absolutely beautiful. The pool area was always fun and full of different activities. There was always something to do all over the resort from morning to night!! We had an ocean view junior suite and received a free upgrade to the Preferred side with a hot tub right on our balcony with a gorgeous view of both the pool and the ocean!! The room was really beautiful and comfortable. Very spacious and very clean. We give this resort a 10/10!! We will definitely be returning!!
