Property was very nice and a lot of things to do. Food wasn’t our favorites castaways however was an amazinggggg Mexican buffet.! They had different shops and shows every night. We did however go during an election which was May 31st and June 1st which during that time is a “dry law”which is no public drinking. Alcohol was only provided in restaurants and in our rooms. They never told us this when booking so it was a complete disappointment! Excursions were right on the property and able to walk to.

Amazing resort we had a great time! The staff is so friendly and attentive . Just don’t get swindled into going to hear about the ultimate vacation club it’s stressful and a rip off! Other than that, the hotel is amazing, clean and top notch! We really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and smaller resort. The food is great and the rooms are comfy. The spa is one of the best I have been to around the world.

Sales aren't most important thing

Right after we checked they were trying to sell their travel club which caused my family and I to miss lunch. They were so focus and making a sale that us wanting lunch seemed not to matter. Worse way to start our vacation. Also they went over the 90 minute presentation the following day by 45 minutes. When I brought it to their attention and that I was meeting my sons for lunch they proceeded to still try and sell me the travel club package like me having lunch with my sons didn't matter. I will never vacation at one of their properties ever again.
