I stayed at Dreams Sands All Inclusive in Cancun, and overall, it was a really great experience. The resort's common areas are in excellent condition: clean, accessible, and safe. The staff was amazing: always friendly, courteous, respectful, and ready to help at all the times. Special shout-out to the waitstaff, who were truly exceptional. Also, a big than you to Carmen and Michelle from Concierge Team. They were super helpful and approachable. And Aurelio the Bartender, simply outstanding! His customer service was Top-notch. The Beach area is stunning, a perfect place to relax. The Pools, although not very large, are nice and convenient. Areas to Improve: 1. The outdoor activities could be better planned or offer more variety. 2. The restaurants due to limited capacity, often have wait times of over 45 minutes. 3. As for the room, the Ocean View was Spectacular, but the bathroom safety could be improved. In my room, there was no intermediate step to get into the Bathtub: the edge was quite high (around 24 inches or more), which poses a risk of slipping. Also, the grab bars inside the tub weren't positioned in the most helpful spots to prevent falls. Despite those details, it was a very good stay, and the service really made the difference. Thanks!!!

The Dreams Sands Resort & Spa is a beautiful property. The staff is amazing. Professional, friendly, outgoing and fun. They are extremely helpful and courteous and cater to your needs. The beach is clean and very large, plenty of room for everyone. The pool areas, the day and night entertain is amazing. If you are planning a vacation to Mexico, this is the spot, Cancun and this is the resort you want to stay at, Dreams Sands Resort and Spa!!!!

I was absolutely disappointed that the beach has been divided. Everyone should be able to sit where they want. Its all inclusive! The beach should be too. This was our 5th time coming here & I chose this property because of the beach. We stayed 6 nights and we found a spot directly in the sun only 1 day out of all 6 nights because you cant find a spot. So many spots are being saved early in the mornings then people leave or a lot of the "Prefferred" spots no one is sitting in spots being wasted. I went to sit on the beach & got 1 day. I'm not happy about this at all. I may not go back for this reason. I took my parents for the 1st time & they didnt get to enjoy time relaxing on the beach either. Another thing the sports bar inside needs some more bar stools & chairs. People want to sit & have a drink not stand all night. Laura there is always so friendly & hospitable. At the World Cafe Noe & Humberto gave great customer service & also very friendly. Himitsu restaurant - The food served came out cold more than once at dinner and the noodle dishes were watery as if not drained properly My husband & I have always enjoyed coming here but something needs to change with the beach access otherwise we may not go back again sadly. Otherwise its a great place to visit

This was our first time at an all-inclusive and our first trip to Cancun. We were very impressed with the resort and would definitely go back to the same resort! It had the perfect mix of couples and families, with not too many kids running around wild. We chose this resort because it has a better beach and that proved to be true. It was shallow for a long time and the water was incredible. Resort activities were very fun- volleyball, ocean football, pool games, and the nightly shows were all hits! The service was exceptional and the food was great as well. Plenty of options for sit down and order restaurants and the buffet was delicious as well. Our only little complaint was that the bed and pillows weren't the comfiest and the room was a little hotter than we'd like, but we stayed on the 10th floor. Overall we would highly recommend this resort!!

Overall the hotel is nice and clean. The staff trick me into this massage to attend a 95 minutes presentation and when me and my husband with my 1 year old got there the staff ANA at the other sister hotel Dreams sands vivid was rude af. First of didnt even say good morning, she asked right away in Spanish which i barely understand she assumed im Mexican. where’s your husband and i told her i dont understand Spanish “ she asked where’s your husband, and i said he is outside putting my son to sleep, she answered he needs to be here for the presentation, and i asked can you give him like 10 mins to put my son to sleep and he will be here. She insisted NO he needs to be here right now!!! I asked her nicely to wait but she was rude she told me if we are not interested we can leave. Super unprofessional . So we left. Haven't even had breakfast just to attend the presentation which i want to sign up for but oh well. Went back to hotel and they let us pay for my spa. They wasted my time going there back and forth and just to be treated bad!!! The supervisor ( bald ) told us you didn’t attend so you need to pay. At first he was like oh im sorry i will still give you what we promised even though you didn’t attend but it was just a lie. I don't think ill ever go back to Dreams Sands Cancun. So disappointed! Dreams Sands need to hire professional that can sell whatever they are selling. I wont sign anything if i need to deal with someone like Ana super unprofessional and rude.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a small resort but it’s beautiful. The beach was a major highlight. It’s a small beach and it can be difficult to get a chair right away but the staff are really good about clearing abandoned chairs for you and accommodating. The water is fairly calm and shallow so you can stay in the water all day leisurely. We took two kk g walks each way and they were both beautiful walks. The food at the Asian restaurant and steak house was very good. The Italian left something to be desired, but wasn’t terrible. The buffet was okay - typical resort buffet. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. If you’re looking for entertainment, they don’t have much of that at night but the resort is walking distance to downtown so you have that option too. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would go back!

First, the shining star of our experience: the staff! So many wonderful, smiling people always ready to help, and serving with kindness and a welcome smile. I couldn't speak highly enough of the staff we encountered all day, every day. Second, the food: absolutely delightful. The buffet was by far our favorite option as it was fast and convenient, and there was always something for everyone in our group, from the picky 4 year old to the choosy 78 year old, everyone was happy. The coffee was excellent as well! The room: it was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom had everything we could need for comfort and cleanliness, view was fantastic, could not hear our neighbors at all. They supplied an extra bed on wheels that was very comfortable as well when we decided we needed more sleeping accommodations. The beach: oh, the beach! Clean and expansive private beach with clean white sand, plenty of lawn chairs and towels, shallow waters and calm waves perfect with kids or to play volleyball etc, lots of shade available, servers making their rounds, etc. Surrounding area: lots of little shops right across the street from the hotel entrance selling all the souvenirs you could ask for, hats, sunscreen, sugar skulls, etc. A large supermarket within a short walk that was much like a Target or Walmart, selling ALL the things you would need to live, including a full grocery store. The only negative we experienced was the noise level from music outside by the beach that lasted until 10
