The shower had black mold. Was not and has not been cleaned properly. I did try to rinse walls from glass where mold was and wash as much down drain. As well some days maid would come other days we would need to call for service. Same goes for bar service in room some days they would come other days we would need to ask. We found food was not good. We did have some days meals were better than others. This is not the standards of a Dreams property. Resort suggested we use Amstar for private pick up and return to airport. Well the pick up no one had our names down for us. Many people did try to help us and finally someone directed us to pole 43. No apology or anything after looking for transportation for almost 40 minutes we left airport. Same thing on departure days says driver has arrived but he did not arrive. The Amstar guy on location was very helpful and did find us another ride as fast as
