Very clean property with a very easy check in process. Offered a late check out time of noon as the standard check out time, which is something I've never experienced at any hotel before. Plus we didn't have maids and front desk blowing up the phone or knocking on the room door every 30 mins from 9am until we left, as is the usual at every other hotel we have stayed ay prior. It was comfortable, safe, with a reasonably decent price, with a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

We were landing late and wanted a place close to the airport to sty one night before beginning our adventure. The communication about when and where to meet the shuttle was a little bit bumpy, but we eventually found each other. The hotel was lovely, great service, nicely landscaped, private pool, and a great breakfast. There was a late dinner option which we really appreciated as well.

I went to the bar after my husband had had a drink there and ask for two plastic forks and knives and they charged me $1. Said cause we didn’t eat there. Bed was uncomfortable and the lights were difficult to work. Hot tub wasn’t working and was cold. Shouldn’t advertise it if it’s broken. People were mostly nice.

Lovely room, very clean. Shower never got hot, but at least it wasn't freezing cold! We especially appreciated the help setting up our airport transfers, and also our supper in the dining room was excellent. We did not get his name, but our waiter was very attentive and kind, recommending our meals and helping us learn a bit more Spanish. All greatly appreciated!
