Garza Blanca was a great choice. Clean and modern. Food and drinks were good. Room was spacious and inviting. Any concern we had was addressed (thank you Santamaria) and most employees were friendly and helpful. We came for our son’s birthday celebration and he was pleased.

Hands down best all inclusive I’ve ever been to in Mexico. Out of probably 30. The Cabo Garza Blanca is just as good, I got married there last year. The food and drinks are so good, not comparable to any other all Inclusive I’ve ever been to.

A True 5-Diamond Experience! From the moment we arrived, everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and professional at every turn. Dining here is a culinary journey, with gourmet restaurants offering Mexican, Italian, Japanese, and contemporary Chinese cuisine. The variety and quality are outstanding, and they cater beautifully to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free preferences. The views are simply breathtaking. The resort is nestled against a stunning turquoise beach that looks like it’s straight out of a postcard. It’s the perfect destination for pure relaxation and indulgence. Truly a luxurious getaway—we’ll definitely be returning!

We had an amazing stay at Garza Blanca! The room was absolutely beautiful—spacious, with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a stunning view that made our trip even more special. One of the best parts was how easy it was to get dinner reservations at the resort’s restaurants. We prebooked in advance, which I highly recommend. Every restaurant we tried was good, and the staff throughout the resort were incredibly kind and attentive. A quick tip: even though this is an all-inclusive resort, it’s a good idea to bring some cash, as tipping is definitely expected and appreciated by the servers. The only downside during our stay was the internet—it was very slow, which made things a bit inconvenient when trying to use apps or stay connected. Also, I suggest avoiding the Expedia shuttle service. It was overpriced compared to other options. We paid $20–$30 for an Uber from the airport to the resort, and it was way more convenient. We also took an Uber to Mercado 28 for souvenirs, and it cost just $6–$10. Just make sure to download the Uber app before arriving at the hotel, since the slow Wi-Fi can make downloads difficult. Other than that, everything about our stay was fantastic. We’d definitely come back!

Resort is very nice and clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Other dining options were good. Not enough loungers and umbrellas by the pool. If you didn’t get to one early enough you were pretty much all for the day. Staff tell you you’re not supposed to reserve them but then they go ahead and reserve for people. Felt like the service went down hill when you didn’t join their membership club.

First off, We been to Cancun many many times and only stay in all inclusive and this by far is the best all inclusive resort we have ever been to. No lie!!!!! Never have I have ever said I wanted to come back to the same resort until i experienced Garza Blanca. From the first second getting off the bus, we were greeted with a moist towel and then a glass of champagne while waiting to check in. Check in was quick and simple. We were upgraded to an ocean view 1 bedroom suite thanks to our VIP status with Expedia. Room was absolutely beautiful and clean. We were immediately greeted by our butler Andres and his partner Josue who were always available if we needed anything. Food was amazing. Breakfast buffet was top notch compared to all other resorts we’ve been to. All the restaurants were gourmet quality. Especially loved the 2 Asian restaurants. The staff were exceptionally in all restaurants. The pools were great too. Never too crowded and had no problems finding seats. Great service by Roberto and Alejandro who always made sure our drinks were refreshed. Not gonna lie, beach was eh. Water was cloudy. Be careful when walking into the water, rocks galore. Just stay and enjoy the pools as we did. All said and done, we definitely coming back but during off peak season. Less crowds and more enjoyable with less noise if you know what I mean.
