Kempinski Hotel Cancún offers 363 accommodations with iPod docking stations and minibars. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with cable channels and pay-per-view films. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a deep soaking bath and a rainfall showerhead. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (speed: 50+ Mbps). Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs and telephones. Additionally, rooms include espresso makers and a safe. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered on a daily basis. My stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Cancun was an exquisite experience unlike any other. Having traveled extensively (200 day a year), I was struck by the exceptional staff who made every interaction feel unique and personalized. (the staff almost appeared to be psychic!!) Their anticipatory service was simply fascinating. From the exceptional dining experiences—truly a five-diamond affair—to the impeccable attention to detail, every moment was remarkable. While the hotel could benefit from updates in certain areas and increased environmental initiatives, the overall experience was beyond extraordinary. The quality of the food and the outstanding service make the all-inclusive option well worth it. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Kempinski! Former property of Ritz Carlton. Which we stayed at previously. I would say the service was even better than the Ritz. Most of the staff is original to Ritz, and we’re very friendly and accommodating. Thank you all for making our trip such a wonderful experience!
