This hotel is amazing!! The staff make it special and really take care of all of your needs. Make sure to visit adrian in limes, aquino in the buffett and maria in moons. The pools and ground are very well kept!! We had a swim out and spent so much time soaking up the sun in it. The food options are very good for an all inclusive and have options for everyone. Have been to the hotel 3 times and will be back again.

We came for our honeymoon! Our stay was BEYOND AMAZING! From the second we arrived, we were assisted with bags, tours, and room service. There’s always something to do like the MJ Show at night, or daily activities by the pool. Saturdays they have a bubble foam party with great music, and Sahel was a GREAT help with getting us a cabana in the morning to surprising us with gifts by the pool and helping us rebook dinner. We were guided to have the best excursions through MTS where we enjoyed swimming with dolphins and visiting Isla Mujeres. We can’t wait for another visit!

Ricardo, our drinks waiter was outstanding. He was so friendly and always there when we needed him. The grounds were beautiful, out swim out suite was amazing. They kept the beach cleared of seaweed and the water was so warm. All of the staff were incredible. Room was always kept clean and we had turn down each night from Christina.

Amazing stay highly recommended. Resort was clean and every room you walked into at the resort smelled amazing. Our room was amazing as well, very clean beautiful view from our balcony. No complaints whatsoever

This resort is absolutely amazing. Paloma our pool server was super attentive. The quiet pool served quick and delicious drinks. Jose the pool concierge moved mountains to get us a dinner reservation at Olive for our party of six. Resort was clean, food was fantastic!
