It was great specially the property as its new. The staff was great and everyday they will Come in and check on you and clean your room even if you don’t ask for room service. I do feel they need to have some more options for lunch as all the restaurants open after 7 pm except for one and the buffet. There was also not much option when you are in the pool something which you can order or have pool side restaurant. Only the buffet was available where you have to walk up and get it. Loved the 24 hrs coffee shop and the bar. Staff was excellent and the room with swim out was great as well. More food options should be available thats all😊

Everything was great from the pool area to the staff. We were part of the serenity club, which gave us access to all parts of the hotel. I didn’t know that till I got there, but that’s one of the perks of purchasing the swim out suites. There are tons of dining options and if you like shopping, there’s a shopping outlet. That’s really close to the hotel but it will require a taxi or some type of transportation to get you there the only thing that was unfortunate about the hotel, which was due to mother nature Was the seaweed issue due to the weather. It created a damp musty unpleasant odor outside, which included many mosquitoes and bugs flying around the hotel resort.

Wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying here and we upgraded to the king with a swim out. It was perfect. The bathroom was large and the bed was super comfortable. It did get hot at night so maybe bring a fan. Also mosquitoes are bad in October so bring bug spray
