The Royalton is a top notch all inclusive resort. Buffet is wonderful and then 6 restaurants to chose from that open for dinner. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Lots of entertainment during the afternoon and evenings. The diamond club upgrade is a waste of money in my opinion.

Dont waste your time here. I was supposed to get ocean view and got pool view. The entire trip no one was helpful. I got double charge at check out. So if u do anything extras make sure you get a receipt. I had a email confirmation and they refused it. They were not letting me leave until I resolve it.

The check in staff was horrible and rude! I messaged then to upgrade 2 days before arrival and they quoted me$71 ok get there and they said very rudely no it would be $200 extra a day. Then I also booked 2 queens and ended up with a king. I will say the rest of the staff was amazing and very kind. Did I enjoy my stay yes will I be back absolutely not. Being treated the way I did when I got there isn't something or somewhere I want to spend my money

The property was really nice, the rooms whete nice and clean. The beach is cover in seaweed the jacuzzi didn't work in our room or and the hideaway side. The bartender are awful I even started them off with a $10 tip. All the restaurants where booked for the whole week and they won't let you walk in. The food in the gourmet cafeteria was terrible and so was the food from room service. Disappointing trip.

So many great things about the resort! Great food! Great staff! So many different restaurant options! Huge resort! Spa was ok. Had a staff change in the middle of my 80 min massage 💆‍♀️ 😩 was weird. Sauna burnt my boyfriend so bad he blistered and popped during hydrotherapy. Some minor inconveniences Our room was in building 1 and our patio faced another resorts pool slide lol. All our other 13 friends had pool view. Our room was also ground floor, right next to a staff only, what i assume is a janitor or supply closet, thin walls at 6am we would start hearing some noises in the walls. Also got a lot of traffic by the door as we were room 1116 right at the hallway. Thankfully most of our neighbors were relatively quiet. A lot of construction going on though, took away from asthetics. Sometimes had a rotten sewer smell, in buffet, some shop. Some places had room spray boxes that smelled amazing.

This was a great resort. Lots of food options and the staff was very nice . The only complains I have were the drinks were not good or strong . And it was definely an older crowd so I would not recommend if you plan to go partying

We reserved diamond club luxury presidential suite with private jacuzzi Lady checking is in wanted to give us swim up room. We had to beg for the room we reserved… restaurant service is horrible … only staff that was actually helpful was people workers at the pool specifically one always got us a daybed… very helpful. Food is definitely a 1 star wasn’t good at all. Didn’t feel like we even payed for diamond club … was better service at Royalton chic.. don’t stay here …
