Hilton Cancun should be advertised as a children's hotel. My husband and I were placed on the kids side of the hotel, however I would say 95% or more of guest had kids. Early every morning there were kids activities and it was very loud with kids screaming and staff playing drums, flutes, microphone and sea shells. When we went to eat staff would place us in the kids section for meals. We had to ask to be placed at a different location in the dining room and staff seemed irritated by the request. The hallway garbage cans were filled with dirty diapers, so the halls smelled of feces. To navigate the resort you had to constantly bob and weave around stroller and screaming, crying kids. There was a tractor running up and down the beach earlier in the morning and all day long. There was mold smell everywhere and visible mold in the shower in our room. The cleaning service would call and wake you up if you had a do not disturb sign on door, asking if you needed service. This was the worst experience for our first all-inclusive hotel and our first time in Mexico. Way to expensive for a very poor experience.

Food was better than most all inclusives. Staff was incredible. Pool was great and the entire place was very will kept. I would recommend this place 100%.

The pool with mosaic tiles was a mess ! Tiles missing throughout the pool and edge. Sharp and dangerous ! Staff throughout was excellent! Pristine property and good choices for food. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
