This hotel unde new management make a difference in the services and the experience. This hotel has excellent activities for kids and adults. The coffe station in the lobby is amaizing. I spent the best vacation in my live. Definitely I will come back with my family. Este hotel es increible, el servicio la istalacion es impecable. El hotel esta bajo una nueva direccion que hace un diferencia del servicio. La habitaciones limpias, comodas. A mi llegada solicite una cuna y de manera eficiente estaba en la habitacion. The staff were all friendly. Did not feel like I was intruding when I approached them. The food options were good a nice variety plentiful. Was given the option to upgrade for a minimal amount and was so glad I did. My view of the sun rising each morning was indescribable as was my view of the pool and ocean. My room was clean and spacious. I celebrated an anniversary while there- imagine my surprise to receive a knock on my door only to see room service with a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries for 2 compliments from the hotel!! If all Hiltons are managed like this I will look to them first for my future travel accommodations.
