They need a major update in all the rooms. They have open windows screens let’s all the mosquitoes in. mirror’s were all rusted. No coffee makers. Weather is humid and you have no ice machines to provide to guest. Service was bad not notified at anytime that we were going to have to pay additional charges per night for some random code was never advised. We paid for a whole week in just the 2nd night the light just flicked and just went off notified desk and security when passed by and didn’t replace until literally our last night there. We was next to security or some type of clock in station for works and person siting there working for hotel had music since 4 am and we told front desk and nothing was done about it. Overall it was just a bad experience. Major upgrade needed.

This hotel is located in the downtown area of Cancun, just across the street from the ADO bus station, which was very convenient for our travelling needs. We will be using it again.

An oasis in an ugly part of town. Service slow at the restaurant and can use an elevator for us over 60 folks with canes. Pools could be a little cleaner but not bad and the Pina coladas are excellent.

I always stay here but this last time the room needed to b updated and more care when replacing things door was broken keylock hardly worked and keycard had to b put in about ten times to unlock. The toilet seat was too small for toilet and the room could use refreshing. I hope the hotel does update all the rooms and not just some because I love this place it’s convenient and I appreciate the staff

We walked into our room and it smelled - musty and the pillow cases were too small for king size pillows. The bed linen worn. There was a used towel on the floor near the door. It looked like a room that should be rented by the hour ! We left and returned to front desk and checked out - took a cab to other hotel. We should’ve known when the front desk clerk hands you the remote control, and the air conditioning control when you pay. We never received any funds back because we had entered the room even though we did not stay more than 10 minutes.

The gardens and the pool area are so relaxing. We noticed the sitting area above the restaurant, very relaxing. It shout be used more. This property has many relaxing area to enjoy. Ate at the restaurant on this trip, food was good, great ambience!
