Likes: near bus, walking distance to mall, quiet area, a 30 minute ride from Airport and the staff was nice and the staff at bar and resturant was very attentive.
Dislikes: 1 digital key given for 2 people to share.
The food was cold breakfast and dinner for 5 out of the 6 days I stayed here. Even when it was brought out from the kitchen it was still cold.
The bathroom had an bad smell when we checked in, they had to spray the drain which smell came back 2 days later.
Rooms have no seal or sound proofing, so you hear everything happening in the hallway
The remote control did not work well i believe they put a lock on the tv or controller to keep people from changing programing
Booking escursions through the hotel was more expensive because they didnt select to pay in mexico currency, so an additional charge of $13 was added per excursion.
None of the drinks were made accurately and did not taste right.
When you book all inclusive, they dont tell you that they do not serve coke or sprite. They only have diet for all inclusive. If you dont want diet you have to pay for it.
