Great option for families!

Great service across all spaces, including the cabanas on the beach. People were very nice and attentive. Breakfast is very good with a large buffet. Overall a nice property with one of the best beaches in all of Cancun.

The property is conveniently located, and the staff were exceptionally friendly throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the cleanliness—the room was spotless and well-maintained every day. However, there weren’t many activities offered, and the on-site food was quite expensive considering the small portion sizes.

Fue una estadía inolvidable, el trato de todo el personal fue muy respetuoso y humano, la habitación muy confortable, y las instalaciones en muy buen estado y acogedoras. La playa está integrada al hotel; y apesar de ser temporada de sargazo, la playa estaba limpia y pudimos acceder al mar sin ningún problema. El restaurante Le Cap (parte del hotel) tiene una comida deliciosa ,una variedad increíble y una calidad excepcional. El servicio de todo su personal fue muy càlido y amable , especislmente Martín. Felicidades a todo el equipo de trabajo que realmente nos hizo sentir en casa y con deseos de regresar siempre
