This was our second time at Live Aqua. We got a free room upgrade fro oceanfront to for being Expedia VIP!The resort is beautiful and the staff is very attentive and did an excellent job. Thank you Gerardo for the wonderful service at breakfast. And Miguel did a great job with drink service by the pool! Ricky Ricardo was very entertaining and made the activities so much fun.

Everything was great. The food was really good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Beach was incredible. Nice sand and no sea weeds. Plenty of activities to do. Plenty of chairs at the pool and they don't allow people to reserve chairs with a towel which is a problem at other resorts. Definitely going back

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was hopping with music and entertainment and was enjoyable. The beach sand was like powder and not rocky at all. We had the ocean front room and the view was spectacular of the resort, beach and ocean. . The room was very modern with cordless phone charger on the clock. Also, room has USB port charges. Blackout drapes closed electonically.

I really enjoyed my time being here. I was surprised with the location (how convenient to get to the mall by walk). Also, everything seemed clean and neat. However, the first room I used had a broken thermometer (I did not realize it until I changed my room). And the second room I upgraded for ocean front had a broken mirror in the washroom where I had to use a towel to hold it. These were not a really a big deal for me so I did not complain. One thing I would suggest here is offering the reservation system. This was the only thing that will stop me from going back. All the restaurants were like 1hr waiting. I do not understand why the hotels do not allow the guests to book in advance for the restaurants.
