The food and restaurants are outstanding. The hosts are genuinely caring, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. There are outdoor grill stations every day, and the meals are not only delicious but also feel fresh and healthy. The swimming pools are beautiful, plentiful, and exceptionally clean. Overall, this truly is a great place to stay. That said, our experience at reception was disappointing. We were initially assigned a room that we did not book ,the worst room on the ground floor,described as a “garden view,” which it clearly was not. We had to spend one night there before finally being moved to the room we had paid for. During this time, we were told no other rooms were available, even though multiple rooms were clearly available on booking websites. Aside from this issue, the atmosphere among guests is wonderful. Everyone seems calm, respectful, and pleasant to be around, which adds to the overall experience.

The only negative aspect I found for the property was the waiting times at night for the restaurants and the lack of pool seating area. A lot of the pool chairs you had to pay for.

Overall great experience! I was with extended family and that’s what made it great! I’ve been to the property before and I loved it! That’s why I choose to stay here again. However we’ve had a really bad smell in our room… The staff responded well and tried to fix it... but it didn’t work!..So we ended up just closing the drain every time we didn’t use the sinks. Overall Great Experience because of the great company!

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The pool area was amazing, the pool was very enjoyable, and the poolside seating was extremely comfortable. We especially loved the pool activities like bingo and exercise sessions; they were really fun and well organized. Ludin was a very nice and funny guy who did an excellent job with the entertainment and made the activities even more enjoyable. The only small recommendation we would give to the resort staff is to consider placing coffee creamers in the rooms, so guests can make coffee easily without needing to go downstairs or ask for them. Other than that, everything was perfect and truly met and even exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort.

First of all it’s a super clean resort. Staff are friendly, positive, and courteous. Pools are well designed & clean. Easy access to the beach with adequate shower facilities, chairs & umbrellas. Entertainment staff (Pablo, Ricardo, and others) were wonderful & super energetic. Gym equipment was enough as well. Beautiful design in restaurants, and of course good quality foods. The only thing missing can mention is that their seafood options were limited & not satisfying. Also, the burger in the garden was below standard. Overall, we had an amazing time & definitely we would go back again. Thank you everybody 🙏

Honeymoon trip and experience was 11/10. Amazing resort with lots of fun activities on site led by amazing staff (especially Ludin aka Lulu and Pablo - both have amazing energy and made the trip super memorable!) EDIT: Met ricardo from event team last 2 days and he is amazing as well! Aquaaerobics with him is a killer workout! Also want to shoutout Marco from the food team at Siete restaurant - he greets us with the friendliest smile every morning and makes the best smoothies!

The property is very convenient as most restaurants and shop at one level. The staff is just amazing, from the welcoming to the check out, we were absolutely happy and we felt very welcomed. We got a room with a terrace and it was spacious and with great views. The food is absolutely amazing and so many choices. We loved the convenience of the shops including a Starbucks. The bartenders were great. Oh and we loved all the activities and shows they have. This place has us at 10/10 great job, we will be back.
