Moderni huvila sijaitsee Caribbean Beach

Tämä moderni villa mahtuu jopa 8-10 henkilöä ja on yli 5000 sq. Ft asuintilaa ja terassit. Huoneistossa on iso olohuone, taulutelevisio DVD: llä, ruokailuhuone, keittiö, jossa on kaikki modernin keittiön mukavuudet, pesutupa ja 4 täysikokoista kylpyhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on suihku. Yksi iso terassi pois olohuoneesta ja toinen pois merenranta makuuhuone.
Sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä valkoiset silkkinen rannat Meksikon Karibian, nauttia auringosta omalla terassilla tai aurinkoa uima-altaalla sijaitsevat vain muutaman askeleen päässä ulko-ovesi. Yläterassi on kaunis näköala aqua sininen vihreä valtameri niin pitkälle kuin silmäsi voi nähdä pohjoiseen ja etelään.
Olohuoneessa on suuri poikkipinta sohva, joka istuin vähintään 8 henkilöä, lisäksi on kaksi puoli tuolit. Ruokasali istuin 8 henkilöä mukavasti ja näköala merelle. Jos rakastat ruokaa, tämä keittiö tarjoaa tilaa valmistaa gourmet-aterioita, välipaloja iltapäivällä tai cocktaileja 6 katsella auringonlaskua kattoterassilla. Tämä huvila on suunniteltu viihdyttää ja nauttia lomasta ystävien tai perheen koolla. Monet vapaapäivät ovat vietetään tässä huvilassa omistajan ja heidän perhe ja ystävät.
Jos vuokraat auton on pysäköintitilaa. Voit myös käyttää busseja ympäri vuorokauden muutaman minuutin välein ja poimia edessä omaisuuden vain muutaman pesoa. Nämä bussit vie kaikki Cancunin ravintoloista ja kriisipesäkkeisiin. Taksilla n on saatavilla myös edessä huoneisto.

The view is amazing!! It does not get better than the view from this property! Access to the pool and the beach are perfect from this villa! I should say there are a ton of stairs on this property, not just in the Villa, but all over the property. If you have someone who has trouble with stairs you should be aware. The location is great and a short walk to Playa Delfines, which is famous but our beach was just as beautiful. Miriam, the property manager is amazing! This was our first time in Cancun and she answered every question I had. She set us up with transportation to and from the airport and had our grocery order in the villa waiting on us. I felt like we were best friends by the end of our trip! Miriam also set us up with a personal chef!! Chef Mar was so amazing we had her come back another night! She made the most beautiful dinners for us! She customized the menu for our family and of all our meals on the trip the two dinners prepared by Chef Mar were our favorite meals of the trip!!! Hands down her food was the best we had out of any restaurant we ate at the whole trip! I will recommend her to anyone I know going to Cancun! She made us feel so welcome and treated us like family! Love her!All this to say the trip was perfect.

Such a wonderful place! The property is perfect for a large family and right on the beach. Watch the sunrise from one of the 2 balconies or walk a few steps onto the beach. The pool area was perfect including the children’s pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Miriam made sure we were taken care of from recommendations on transfer services to shopping and all our needs throughout the stay. We will definitely be back!

The condo was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked with accessories, dishes, coffee, sugar, spices, and a wide variety of utensils. They also provided dishwasher and laundry detergent, which was very convenient. There was an ample supply of toilet paper and paper towels, and even a filtered water machine — a thoughtful touch. The large patio was a highlight, overlooking the beach featuring plenty of reclining chairs and tables with seating, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunrise.Miriam was a wonderful host. She made sure we were personally greeted upon arrival and escorted to the villa, even though we arrived later than expected. She was responsive to all my questions throughout the entire process. When we informed her that the patio umbrella was broken, she promptly delivered a new one. Her attentiveness truly made our stay even more enjoyable.One thing to be aware of is the property grounds and the condo had many stairs and various levels throughout which was challenging for my visually impaired 84 year old father but was manageable with our support. Not a deal breaker at all. We had the most wonderful trip and memories for a lifetime!

Just what we needed. Chef Mar made some excellent meals for us! Miriam/property manager was just a text away when we needed more water or whatever! Lots of stairs but the terrace right on the beach was all we really needed. We didn’t rent a car and used the public transit to run errands. Easy peasy. We didn’t use the pool that was available to us at the adjoining property but it looked clean. The snack bar at the resort is available for a fee and the food and drinks there were tasty.

House was perfect. Great air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Host was very communicative and all the resort staff were so lovely and helpful too. Host set up the pack and plays exactly how we needed them and arranged for groceries to be there for us too. Perfect spot on the beach! The little water park pool was great for our twin two year olds and 5 year old. Loved the shade palapas and beach gear in the house. Flexible and helpful checking out with two groups traveling separately.

We love Cancun!

Other than the heavy presence of sargassum and the strong undertow, which limited swimming in the ocean, our stay was wonderful. We've learned this happens around this time of year, so we will simply plan around it next time. We took our 3 kids with their significant others (ages 21-27) and everyone had their own space. The pool was a huge hit along with the swim-up bar. We rode the bus quite a bit to the store and to nearby restaurants. The stop is right in front of the property and only 1 per person. Our property manager, Miriam, is incredibly attentive and responds quickly to any questions we had. We'll be back!

This place is big and right on the beach. 100 ft from the pool and 100 ft from the beach bar/restaurant. A/C was cold and beds were very comfortable. We had a great time and all of the hosts recommendations worked out very well. Chef Mar made us two dinners, both of which were the best we had on our trip. Highly recommend!

Great location & space for families

The location was awesome right on the beach, we had two families with two kids/teenagers each. Everyone had their own space, Villa was very clean and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The host was amazing. There is a community pool, community bar where you can order food and drinks. A couple of things to keep in mind is if you have mobility issues it does have a lot of steps, especially in the master. And if you are a light sleeper. Don’t take the master. We could hear the bar in kitchen all night and early morning.

Beautiful villa right in the Zona Hotelera

Beautiful villa, amazingly clean and spacious! You are truly right on the beach in this villa but up and out of the sand. Each room has an individual air conditioner that was wonderful and very comfortable. Kitchen appliances were in good working order. Beach is on the southern end of the Zona Hotelera but you can walk about a mile south on the beach and several miles north and see a bit of what the big resorts have to offer. The villa is in a smaller resort and it had nice thatch umbrellas (palapas) that were generally available right on the beach but our location on our private terrace just above the beach seemed even more optimal. It was VERY windy the whole time we were there, there were constant 15-20 mph winds and the lifeguards often restricted how far into the water you could go as a result but the water itself was warm, blue, beautiful, and pleasant and the temperatures (early April) of water and air were just perfect!

We had a wonderful vacation in this awesome house. There’s bedrooms and stairs all over the place and the marble floors are amazing. The view from the deck was really incredible! The check-in was so smooth, Miriam met us and showed us all around the house. It was really great. The chef’s food was wonderful as well. There is really no place to eat anywhere close to the house so you either have to get the chef or you have to arrange to go to a restaurant in downtown Cancun, which is so much fun. If you’re there for a week and you get tired of laying out, most of the resorts have day passes at the all inclusive resorts so we did that for two days of our stay and it was very fun. I will definitely return. It was an absolutely wonderful vacation. The only downside is that the resort this house is connected to is not nice. You really can’t get in the pool (dirty) and there’s really nothing to do. It’s unfortunate because the house is so amazing the surrounding resort is not

Outstanding Villa on the beach!!!

My family just spent the best week at this villa. It was huge and has the perfect set up for our family. The kids loved the pools (which are about ten feet outside your doorstep) and looking out at the beautiful ocean was such a treat. Miriam was very responsive and met every need immediately. Also we arranged for Chef Mar to come three nights and she made the trip even more special. We will definitely return!

Nice place right on the beach

The place was overall great and our host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is really the end of a row of large beachfront condos not a standalone villa but it was spacious and more than enough room for our family. Our young son loved the kids pool and we all loved the proximity to the beach! It’s right there!! 50th Anniversary family trip

The Condo was very comfortable, large and bright with huge windows overlooking the ocean! 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Our favourite place was on the terrace that was right on the beautiful beach!It worked really well for the whole family.

Highly recommend this stay We came with a family of 10 adults and 2 newborns and celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. The pool and beach are so close- 20 steps away. White sand beach where we saw baby turtles hatch and momma turtles laying eggs at night—so cool. Those that wanted to do excursions booked through the property and were picked up each day. The best part of this property was Chef Mar- we hired her to cook for us twice a day!! It was sooo yummy and she is so kind and accommodating. We also hired her to buy snacks for our kitchen so we never went shopping. She served us a giant breakfast and dinner as we sat around a big dining room table. It was a great experience having all our children spouses and new grand babies together for breakfast and dinner each day! We will be coming back. Suggestions- if you have a bigger party book this place and a few rooms at the hotel/condos on sight- then your party can still be near one another.

60th birthday vacation

Views from this property are beautiful. Miriam was amazing and responded quickly. The only drawbacks I’d say were that you couldn’t just walk to restaurants and we thought the beach was a swimming beach but it’s sting waves. Two of the a/c units were leaking water in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Everything else was great.

Amazing house and location

We had a great time during our stay. The house is exactly as pictured, very clean and all the amenities we needed and then some (beach towels, even sunscreen, some toiletries, well-stocked kitchen). The house location was also perfect - directly outside the main gate was where you could catch the bus which was very simple to use and they came by every 5 min or so. The house is so close to the water, we so enjoyed just watching the water the whole time. It was quite humid when we were there so we couldn't really open the doors to enjoy the breeze but sitting outside was still quite nice and the views just went on forever. Access to the bar was quite literally only about 20 steps away from the back deck which was quite convenient. We did several excursions during the week and were able to get pickup with all of them from the resort lobby so no need to rent a car which saved some money. And Miriam was amazing, was very accessible to answer any question we had over the week, always so friendly and accommodating. We also took advantage of her suggestion to hire Chef Mar to come cook for us nearly everyday and that was the best decision ever! Talk about being able to relax and not have to worry about cooking or cleaning up after - it was heaven! Amazing food and she was so accommodating to come whenever we needed her to. Such a great vacation, would definitely book there again. Do it - you won't regret it.

Fantastic

My wife and I took our 5 kids age 14-26 plus a son and daughter in law to this fantastic home on the beach. We usually are go, go, go on vacation, but the amazing view of the ocean, roomy comfortable living area and beach right off our spacious patio had us taking our time every morning before heading out to adventures.
