A Total Waste of Money – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This so-called "hotel" is an absolute scam—charging premium prices for an experience that feels more like a punishment than a vacation. Let’s start with the food. I wouldn’t serve it to my worst enemy. No matter what’s on the plate, it’s guaranteed to be dry, tasteless, and utterly disappointing. You’d have a better meal eating outside. And don’t even think about ordering a drink to wash it down—unless you enjoy gut-wrenching regret. The alcohol here is bottom-of-the-barrel garbage, the kind that leaves you feeling sick after just one sip. It’s almost impressive how bad it is. Hoping for a relaxing getaway? Think again. The music is blaring at all hours, turning what should be a tranquil stay into a nightmare. It’s like being trapped inside a cheap nightclub that doesn’t know when to stop. You can forget about peace and quiet—there is none. The only positive thing I can say is that the place is clean. But honestly, who cares? No amount of cleanliness can make up for the overpriced disaster that this hotel is. Do yourself a favor—stay far, far away.

Price value was good. Staff very nice and working hard. Buffet could be better but are almost open around the clock and therefore difficult. Good red and white wine included. Beach doesn’t compare to other beaches in area but great for kids.

Facilities are outdated. Even the beach towels looked frayed and old. The USB charging ports by the beds didn’t work and there was only one other available outlet across the room. The food was terrible and the entertainment was too loud at bed time. The staff was friendly and attentive.

This property was as expected. Very chill and relaxed. I do wish they had more food options but for the most part, they have choices for everyone. I love the 24 hour cafe where they serve finger foods, breakfast options and drinks. 24 hour staff available. Housekeeping was great as well.

This was our third time to this property and won't be our last! The rooms are decent, the property is continuously being maintained, the food is great but the thing that stands out most is the staff! It doesn't matter if it is a member of housekeeping, maintenance, etc., if you pass by someone there is eye contact, a smile and ola. Stephanie and Guilaberto(?) in the restaurants and Juanita and Sandra serving drinks are absolutely fabulous and we miss them when we sadly have to go home. See you next year!!!!
