We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. They had great hospitality, great food atmosphere the beach was clean. The rooms were nice and clean. The views were amazing from the balconies. We will definitely go back to this place and we recommend it to others as well.

Amazing!!! I would stay here again. Rui party was awesome. Food was good and all the restaurants in the hotel are all next to each other super convenient. Nice property with all the palms, pools and beautiful beach area. Water sports all on the property.

We loved our stay at the RIU, staff was extraordinarily nice, room service was quick, the restaurants are amazing specially the Steakhouse and the drinks are top notch too! We will most definitely be back!

The hotel in general is fine. There’s so much food at the breakfast buffet and it’s bad! The food at the restaurants for dinner it’s good The water is chili at this time of year, out of 4 pools, only 2 were heated, one being the very small one for adults with swim up bar, both pools were always super crowded There’s pool activities during the day, shows and parties at night. Fun for some but too loud for us If you’re looking for a “spring breakers” atmosphere this hotel is for you, but not for a relaxing vacation

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to the RUI property. We were very impressed with how friendly, clean, and welcoming the property was. The food was excellent and never had to wait long at all. Their Internet and Wifi had great coverage. Our group enjoyed our Happy Hour drinks made by Guzman down by the beach bar.

I really enjoyed my stay at RIU Palace . Had a wonderful time . Couple of observations : buffet was good but the other themed restaurants could use some work . The rooms seemed a little dated and could use a refresh . I would definitely go back in the future .
