I highly recommend Secrets The Vine. I've traveled extensively and have stayed at high end hotels and other inclusive resorts in Cabos, and this by far exceeds all others by way of the resort itself, the food, the service, the amazing variety of nonstop entertainment and more! The food here amazing especially the buffets and we especially appreciated the 24/7 cafe & room service! The service was absolutely fantastic, the staff were extremely kind and helpful - shoutout to Michelle, Bruce & Martin! The room & shower are spacious and luxurious, I have no complaints. For dinner, there are no reservations so if you don’t want to wait make sure to get there at opening! Overall, a great place to be and will definitely be coming back

The staff was very nice and always willing to provide the best service possible. The hotel itself is a bit rundown. The furniture in the pool and the hotel room is dirty. The food is also awful. We have very few good meals.

An excellent hotel offering a wide range of dining options. The preferred club suites are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. However, I would prefer a firmer mattress as the current one was too soft for my liking. Additionally, enhancing the pool areas with music would greatly improve the atmosphere, considering this is an adult-only hotel and not a spiritual retreat. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Pase 4 dias terrible. He encontrado 27 Reclamos/ para hacer de este Hotel que dice ser 5 Estrellas. Y apenas seria 2. Expongo aqui debajo las 27 fallas: 1. Maletas retardadas mas de 2hrs. 2. Mal informados del Restaurant de Carne. 3. Mala atención en general a desgano 4. Las papas duras sin cocción en el Restaurant italiano. 5. Pedí agua con gas y me trajeron agua natural. 6. Necesito que el refrigerador enfrie más porque soy insulina dependiente. 7. Demoraron tanto en hacernos el check In qué nos quedamos sin comer. 8. La habitación que me dieron no tiene 2 camas Queen. 9. La piscina estaba sucia tenía insectos flotando. 10. Hay que darle algún incentivo económico $$ para que a uno lo traten bien??? 11. Nos dejaron todo para uno en la habitación y somos dos. 12. La comida llega fría a la mesa. 13. El sistema de check Inn es malisimo carece de agilidad. 14. Las albóndigas crudas en el Restaurant italiano. 15. Se olvidaron el plato de Mi madre de 85 años. 16. 3 Ravioles le trajeron y sin queso 17. El sistema de luces malisimo. It’s an average hotel . Check in was terrible , we got there at 12 pm and they said they won’t give us a room until 3 pm . So we had to wait with in that humidity with all the clothes on and after 12 hours of flight to get our room at 3 . They are not trying to keep the customers happy , I feel they did not even care to keep the customers happy .

This beautiful property is in a perfect location in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Spacious, well-designed rooms, all with ocean views. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food in the buffet was spectacular! We also liked the Asian and the Mediterranean restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the steakhouse and Italian restaurants due to the strict dress code (long pants for men). The Peruvian restaurant had good service, but poor food quality. We really wanted to like it, but unfortunately the standard didn’t compare to the rest of the hotel. Nevertheless, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again.
