great for families with kids. a lot to do on site. a lot of dining options but need to use their app to book reservations in advance or else you wont get a table for dinner. the grand buffet is always available as back up option if you didn't a spot in restaurant for dinner. all the staff are very nice and friendly. very close to airport too.

The concierge service from Cecilia at Moon Palace The Grand was the best! She made sure we were set up with restaurant reservations, answered any questions we had, and was able to provide us with a complementary late check out. She truly went above and beyond and provided a great overall experience.

Great Family Resort

Amazing Stay with Family! Every part of the hotel, its staff and all the facilities were what you’d expect from a luxurious resort like this one. Many restaurants choices at The Grand and nearby hotels to choose from. Kids had multiple swimming pools to choose. All in all a great family spot!

I stayed at the The Grand Moon Palace Feb 2025. First time visiting. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Family friendly resort. Pros, amazing food options, Circus restaurant was really fun! Our family could always find lots of areas to sit which was a huge plus. We could go to a different pool area everyday, huge resort. Loved the food options in the pool areas, servers brought the food right to you. Cons, so many plastic water bottles. I would have preferred more options to use refillable water bottles. Would go back again and highly recommend. Call out to Rebekah in Public Service and the medical staff. Rebekah helped us with an issue and the medical staff were amazing to have access to 24/7. Even called to check on us.

Wonderful resort with plenty to do. We were a family of 7 with grandchildren ages 2-7 with plenty of activities for everyone. I’d also like to give a positive review & shout out to Felipe at the Water park! He is part of the wait staff for the water park and took excellent care of the family every day.
