The Grand is a lot better than the Nizuc and Sunrise however don’t be fooled by having access to Nizuc and Sunrise by staying at the Grand. I did not find any value in having access to Nizuc or Sunrise. The Moon Palace is one of the biggest palaces and rightly however a lot of the ground area is covered by the resort rooms and again don’t be fooled by the biggest resorts. I would like the resort to provide more activities like tours and activities as part of the all-inclusive deal which was good however can be improved as stated.

Everything was great! Really good food and many options to choose from. No issues with reservations for dinner, plenty of options. App works great. Plenty of amenities for kids and adults. The Spa is the best one I have seen. The water park, playroom and shows were amazing. We had a blast and we can’t wait to be back!

Everything was excellent!! I only had 2 issues. Ants in the room and my 90 minute presentation was not as promised. It will not stop me from visiting palace resorts but I will visit less frequently. The Grand has always been a special place for us as this was our 6th visit. I will still recommend to friends, just beware of the timeshare-like presentation.

This was our first stay at a mega resort and I had my doubts. The only thing mass produced at The Grand is a 5***** experience. The staff is stellar and emmulate the true definition of hospitality. Everyone so friendly and invested in ensuring we were taken care of. The food was a culinary delight (Habibi and Casa Mia were our personal favs); the grounds are so well manicured and kept in top notch. Housekeeping immaculate, cocktails were a banger. We traveled with a 17 and 18 year old which can be dicey. They are already asking when we can return to "The Palace". Sending a heartfelt thank you to each and every staff member at The Grand for giving our family memories that we will treasure for a lifetime. And of course a special shout out to our guy Ramon at the Unique day club who made sure we never made it out of the pool to get a drink ;) Keep doing what you’re doing. We met many repeat offenders at The Grand. Its easy to see why your guests keep coming back!

Es un buen lugar para niños definitivos. Pero Se tardaron 3 horas en entregar la habitacion luego entro al cuarto y aun reoaraban una manija mientras estaba en el cuarto.si eres latino no es un hotel donde te tratan igual que a los blamquitos aun cuando pagas lo mismo a un gringo le ofrecen un mejor cuarto o una alternativa lade mi familia solo fue esperen sin un tiempo estimado no compesacion solo. Agradesco a la mayoria de los Emplados Muy atentos pero el check in peor experiencia no es un 5 estrellas
