Good customer service and friendly staff but poor food quality, especially buffet, limited access to restaurant bookings for dinner, slow restaurant service, overpriced golf course (no GPS on cart, driving range closed, poor greens). We would not return but appreciated the upgrade on our room

Our family of 4, with a 5 and 7 year old, had an amazing time at The Grand! With so many activities, it was frequently hard to choose what to do. When we needed a break from the sun, the bouncy house and playroom provided great entertainment. The evening shows were also a hit and very kid friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The check-in and checkout process was just painful for us for the lack of a better word. Check-in process took us 30 minutes and then we were taken to a room with our luggage where our access cards didn't work which was strange. The bell boy with our luggage was able to open the door with his access card and we found someone was already using the room. We had to head back to the lobby again and get ourselves a new room to check in. The check out process was even more painful where we requested for a cart for taking us to check out lobby at 11:30 a.m. for a noon checkout. The cart did not arrive for 35 minutes and after repeated calls to the front desk. We then started walking with our luggage to the lobby for checkout and found a cart mid way and the guy helped us out by carrying our luggage to the lobby. The stay otherwise was really great and the property is excellent with sublime dining options. With my experience on check in and check out I will not revisit this resort in future.

Nice time. Jets did not work in tub and we reported it with no response. Lights were on a crazy set up and hard to control and friends of ours had a room and their lights weren’t working badly like ours.

The Grand moon palace is by far the most luxurious Cancun resort I've ever been to. I've been to 5 other cancun resorts over the past 18 years, and The Grand moon palace was beyond my expectations. I never write reviews, so I really enjoyed my stay here. I have a family of 4 with 2 boys who are 11 and 14 years old. They had an amazing time as well. Plenty of things to do, and restaurants to eat at.

We loved all the amenities at the Grand. A great place for our family vacation. All ages enjoyed. We were disappointed in the upkeep of the buildings. They are showing their age. One family had to move because of the air conditioner. It needs some attention to detail. Please keep it up to keep families coming back.
