Yes. Nice resort. One complaint. If you are wearing a bracelet you shouldn’t have to sign a chit for a drink. It was a constant hassle waiting for a waiter to bring you your “ bill” which was “ zero”??

The hotel is spotless from the inside to the outside of the property. The staff is also very good inside all the restaurants. The problem I had was the guy trying to sign me up for everything the moment I checked in. He literally followed me inside my room.

The food was not good within the buffet area. The other restaurant attached to the buffet, I could not make a reservation the entire week I was there. This resort has definitely changed since the Holiday INN took ownership, not the same. When I return to Mexico it will not be at this resort.

Rooms are nice and in great condition. The staff could be more welcoming especially to people of color. Often times I was ignored, but the bartenders and waiters would instantly assist other Caucasian guests. Food and drinks are average.

The amenities were awesome for the kids and the food was really great, maybe some of the best resort food I've had in awhile for an all-inclusive. The beds left something to be desired though...not quite the relaxing plush on-vacation beds we have experienced elsewhere which left something to be desired. One note to the resort: seems like the male staff had a lot of the waitstaff roles (ie, and would get tips) vs the females. Would be nice if women also had the chance to serve and get tips similar to their male counterparts.
