Great relaxing place. Walkable to many place. Good size rooms. Nice quality furniture and bedding. Good Wifi The breakfast could use some improvement.

Bom atendimento, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto grande, limpo e arejado. Chuveiro quente porém pouca Água. Café da manhã bom, variedade de produtos. Lugar externo bonito pra caminhada, gramado bonito. Foi um final de semana muito agradável!

Péssima experiência

Estou extremamente chateada com minha estadia neste hotel. Foi um verdadeiro pesadelo do início ao fim. O chuveiro era horrível, o espelho estava todo estragado, e, para completar, à meia-noite, o ar-condicionado começou a fazer um barulho absurdo e a pingar sem parar, inclusive na cama. Solicitamos a troca de quarto às 00h30 e nos transferiram para um quarto onde o ar-condicionado simplesmente não funcionava. Ao reclamar novamente, nos deram outra opção, mas, para nossa surpresa, o quarto estava em condições ainda piores: uma banheira suja, com insetos dentro, e um vaso sanitário completamente danificado onde não se podia sentar. Isso é inaceitável! Paguei para ter uma estadia minimamente confortável e encontrei um verdadeiro descaso. Fiquei completamente decepcionada e espero que ninguém mais passe por essa situação.

O hotel é bem localizado pelo fato de estar entre as os centros de Gramado e Canela. A parte externa é muito bonita. O quarto estava com cheiro forte naftalina e a água do chuveiro é pia do lavatório estava turva.

Não foi muito bom!

Minha experiência neste hotel foi decepcionante. O prédio é antigo e a porta dos fundos permanecia aberta, o que comprometeu a segurança e me causou desconforto. O café da manhã foi bom, mas o quarto deixou a desejar: a TV só pegava Globo e Record, e o chuveiro a gás oscilava entre temperaturas extremas. Na chegada, em 23 de dezembro, a recepção estava cheia, e um senhor visivelmente estressado foi ríspido ao dizer que o check-in só poderia ser feito após as 14h. Eu só queria perguntar sobre deixar as malas, mas pela aspereza entendi que não seria possível. Não recebemos orientações sobre o funcionamento do hotel ou a localização do café da manhã. No check-in, outra funcionária apenas entregou um formulário e a chave do quarto 113, dizendo que era 'virando à direita no corredor'. Em contraste, no check-out, fomos atendidos por uma moça muito simpática, que nos desejou tudo de bom. Além disso, a manta da cama tinha queimados, provavelmente de cigarro, o que reforçou a sensação de descuido. Não me senti acolhido e não voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Muito desagradável.

A propriedade pelo custo que foi pago, não oferece nada que agrade. Vamos começar pela cortesia ou recomendação de lugares, não oferecem como nos outros, o ambiente não tem odor agradável, a limpeza deixa bastante a desejar, o ambiente dos quartos não é nada moderno ou sofisticado, televisão antiga, me deram 2 quartos diferentes e não funcionava em nenhum deles, Internet Wi-Fi ruim só pega quando quer, ou seja, não oferece nenhum conforto para o custo que pagamos pra se sentir bem dentro do hotel. Também percebi mais hóspedes insatisfeitos como eu. A única coisa agradável é a localização, de resto, não vale a estadia.
