Lovely but beware of construction

Lovely villa in a very good location but the construction happening just over the fence ruined it for us, and the owners poor response made it worse. The listing should be updated to mention the construction, we would not have booked this place if we knew. When I emailed the owner about it, rather than apologise or acknowledge the construction he suggested I should have complained elsewhere and also his mother wasn’t well so he couldn’t address my concerns.

Absolutely fabulous. Amazing communication from the management team and staff prior and during the stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was comfortable at all times.
