Location is great. We chose this unit because of the sleeping options. Two queen beds in the master, one king bed in the other bedroom and a sofa bed was perfect for our group of four (we each had our own bed). The unit was comfortable and still felt like there was lots of space to do what we wanted.And there is a coffee shop one unit over (literally down the hall to the next door), which was a delightful surprise. We still made drip coffee in our room, which was lovely as the owners supplied everything we needed.Communication with the owners was wonderful.The only thing that some may see as a negative is that the unit is on the first floor. We were okay with it, though were acutely aware that anyone on the street could walk up to the windows and/or sliding glass doors, which was especially evident when the cafe was open as people (and their dogs) would walk over and enter from the street (again, one unit over). The unit does have roller blinds that provide privacy and still a bit of light, and curtains for more privacy/blackout.
