Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes an increase in visitors—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.
Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.

Excellent Getaway

Great communication with resort staff. The place had everything we needed! It would have been preferable to park 2 vehicle’s in the parking lot, as street parking was very hit and miss, but we understand the challenges of such a request. Pool and hot tub was a very nice feature!

Parking is terrible if you have more than one vehicle. Noisy as the highways right there. Pool and hot tub were closed. Nowhere to chill outside really. Cramped for two families and a pet. Both bathrooms are upstairs. Beds were comfy and lots of towels. Had everything you needed for supplies. Complimentary park pass is nice. Very clean and newer. Close to restaurants and pubs; within walking distance. Nice walking trail right behind building.

A new Family Tradition

We visited the property last year with our adult children and their significant others as a way for us to all get to know each other and reconnect before the business of the holiday season. The property worked so well for us last year that we returned this year. The suite is warm and welcoming and has a great flow for our family (8 adults plus one beloved dog in total). Everyone loves hanging out in the heated pool and hot tub at the end of a busy fun filled day. The property is well-managed and offers great customer service. Will definitely be back next year!

Good home base for exploring Banff Park

This place was a good option for us. More space than we needed, and maybe not a luxe as the pictures make it look. But it was easy and central. Its about an hour to Lake Louise, 25 minutes to town of Banff. Has pretty much everything you will need in a stay. We really didn't spend too much time there as we came to enjoy the outdoors. Would have loved an Level 2 EV charger onsite as many condos do. At the very least each parking spot has an outlet for block heater/ EVSE. Would stay there again in a pinch.

Good place for short stay.

We were a family of 4 stayed for only one night. Kitchen and dining are a bit small. Ensuite bath shower pressure was low. Informed the owner after check out and they agreed to check it. Overall it is as advertised.

Beautiful condo and easy check in!

The condo was beautiful, well stocked and very easy to manage check in and check out. Appreciated the park pass included as well during our stay! Had one very small FYI for maintenance and they responded immediately (within minutes) and offered to come out. Wasn't necessary by any means. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, walk to restaurants

Our kids loved the heated pool and having their own beds in their 2nd bedroom. The condo was clean and updated. The only con's were that the small patio was open to the walkway to the pool with no privacy and the family room didn't have alot of sunlight due the next building being so close and blocking the sun.

Great place but missed some cleaning details

Super smooth check-in and great location. There is no bathroom on main floor which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for some. We thought the property was fantastic. Only concern was with the pull out sofa bed. It was very dirty. Property manager was quick to provide clean linens.

This was my first VRBO so I do t have anything to compare it to but….. everything went exactly as directed from the owner. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and the location was EXCELLENT for our purpose. My only negative is that we didn’t have more time to spend at this location.

The place was immaculate first of all. Everything was exactly like it was described. There was even someone who called and asked if i needed any help with anything. I definitely have never had this positive experience staying aat a rental before.

Eww What's That Smell?!?

When walking into the condo there was a urine smell which was not very welcoming. It looked nice until you look out the front window, which was not cleaned and had slobber all over it. While in the master bedroom, don't expect a view, all you will get is a brick wall and black mold. When we pulled back the blankets there was blood on the duvet. It just didn't seem clean and there was no response from the owner when I brought it up. Would I stay here again, absolutely not! On the last night there was some partying that went on until 3:30am, we were happy to leave and finally get a good sleep, it did not feel like a relaxing holiday.

It was a beautiful property. Kids loved swimming while it was snowing in April. Tv channels weren’t great but not needed with beautiful views. Definitely recommend staying here

The condo unit was wonderfully clean. The beds are very soft (to soft for us, as they felt like they had dips in the middle) Communication with property managers was good.
