We booked this property through VRBO and initially everything seemed well organized. The location was convenient for the conference we were attending, and we were traveling with our two children.However, upon arrival, we were unable to access the property. We repeatedly attempted to contact both the property manager and the owner but received no response. We ended up waiting on the side of the street for approximately 2.5 hours while on the phone with VRBO trying to resolve the issue.Unfortunately, we ultimately had to cancel our reservation due to the lack of communication and access. VRBO did step in and assist by placing us in a hotel for three days while we searched for alternative accommodations.Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, especially traveling with kids, and we would strongly recommend confirming communication and access details with the host prior to arrival.
