My Address in Cannes, a real estate agency specializing in seasonal and short-term rentals, would be delighted to welcome you to this magnificent renovated one-bedroom apartment with a corner terrace in a quiet residence just a stone's throw from La Croisette and Port Canto.
Close to La Croisette and a 20-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals.
Very bright, with a beautiful corner terrace, this apartment is ideal for a vacation in Cannes or to attend one of the many conferences.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a secure and very quiet residence on the Pointe Croisette, with a private entrance.
It consists of an entrance hall with cupboards leading to a very comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a dining area, all opening onto the terrace. There is also a separate equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a separate toilet, a shower room, and a bedroom.
The apartment is in the heart of the Palm Beach district, making it the ideal place to stay with family, friends, or colleagues during a conference in Cannes!
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.
Parking is available in the cul-de-sac and there is a bus stop at the foot of the building.
In all our apartments, you will find a welcome pack on arrival including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinks, dishwasher tablets, and washing machine tablets.

Arrival times:
- Early check-in or late check-out are possible at an additional cost, subject to availability, and always upon prior request.
Baby cot:
