• LIVING ROOM: Large living room with a sofa and two armchairs, dining area, connected TV and access to two terraces. Room benefiting from air conditioning.
• Open fitted KITCHEN: hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. As well as the breakfast range: kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine…
• BEDROOM 1: Made up of 2 single beds (possibility of putting them together to make a King Size bed), air conditioning, dressing room and a private bathroom
• BATHROOM 1: Consisting of a shower, heated towel rail and a WC
• BEDROOM 2: Made up of 2 single beds (possibility of putting them together to make a King Size bed), air conditioning, dressing room and a private bathroom
• BATHROOM 2: Consisting of a shower, heated towel rail and a WC
• OUTSIDE : Dining area, view of the Lérins islands and the legendary SUQUET district

- In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of future tenants, please ensure that you remove as much sand as possible from your belongings and your clothes/shoes before entering the accommodation. Please be careful not to get sand in the shower!
- The use of bath towels provided as beach towels is prohibited, and may be penalized, for a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
