Recently renovated, the neighborhood is known for its long beach connecting Cannes to Mandelieu and for its open views toward the Esterel hills. Life here follows the rhythm of the sea, with wide beaches just moments away.

Within a calm residence with a swimming pool facing the coastline, this apartment welcomes up to four guests. From the terrace, the sea view accompanies relaxed breakfasts and quiet evenings overlooking the Mediterranean.

Inside, the living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, creating a relaxed space that opens naturally toward the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher for easy meals during your stay.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate toilet.

With beaches just two minutes away and direct bus access to the Palais des Festivals in around ten minutes, the apartment balances seaside calm with easy access to the center of Cannes.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
