Room was clean, lovely, and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and TV was great. The bathroom was modern and clean. Staff were super lovely. No issues for us. Didn't use bar or restaurant so nothing to say for that, but we were able walk into central Cantebury in 7-8 mins and we would have dinner there. So all in all, would absolutely recommend for an easy and enjoyable weekend!
Conveniently located, very close to the city centre. The hotel offers ample parking spaces. Check-in was easy and quick. But, the hotel needs upgrading, the carpets are dated and so are the furniture. The lift didn't work during our entire stay, which was really inconvenient!
Lovely hotel close to everything from shopping, dinning and sightseeing.
Would definitely stay again but once the lift is working, as we where on the 4th floor, but room was beautifully renovated.
Reception (Chloe) very helpful and was really efficient / kind and helped me out.
The rooms were interconnected and very good standard. The curtains didn’t close fully which was odd and the blinds didn’t close fully either. I found the bed quite firm and the linen was a bit rough. Some new pillows would be good as they were a little old. The tv was great and lots of options. The storage was great it would have been nice to have some water or at least a fridge in the room. The lift was out of order and we had to carry our things up 3 flights of stairs which wasn’t easy.
The breakfast was ok. Plenty of choice and suited us fine. The breakfast room was like an oven and very stuffy.
The evening food was nice in the bar -

Very noisy at night. Repeatedly woken up by doors banging. Every movement in hallway or in the room above could be heard.
The rooms are good and clean. The bar and kitchen service is very poor. With next to nobody in the bar you are waiting for upto 5 mins to get served and I’ve had to go to reception a couple of time to be served. The food takes a long to come out, only 2 other couples on Wednesday night waiting before us for good and it took 40mins to arrived. Very limited menu as well.
Our room was very outdated and didn't look anything like the pictures. Lift was broken and we were on the third floor which was extremely difficult for my mum with COPD. Staff were friendly
Had a really good stay at this hotel. Close to the centre of Canterbury and parking available at the hotel. Lovely room and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again
Had a great stay, loved the bath tub. The decoration in the room was nice and clean. Definitely recommend!

Unfortunately we will not stay at this hotel again.
The property is not sound proofed at all.
You can hear guests upstairs, all night was noisy because pipes was making awkward noises or something else was working there!
It’s difficult to explain what was that but it’s very disturbing.

Lift broken down up two floors room very comfortable and well prepared by Susan menu was limited due to the refurb but was very nice the new bar area was very well decorated if the rest of the hotel is going to be of the same standard ?
The property was in a very good location, walking distance to Cathedral and shops. Parking was available which was a big plus in Canterbury. Hotel restaurant is being refurbished which I am sure will be lovely when complete but currently bar food which was not of a very good standard.
The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and parts are rather shabby. It only had 1 lift and went out of action during our stay resulting in a long difficult walk up 3 floors.
