Step inside this Sitges Hills villa, and let this secluded home immediately spark your interest. The hand made tiles and authentic Spanish finishing’s immediately catch the eye. The open planed kitchen and dining area are suffused with Spanish sunlight. On the left, the dining area floats over in the indoor lounge area. Straight ahead, the antique folding doors provide access to the ample terrace with its magnificent views over the mountains. Using the door in the living area, the hallway connects to the 3 same level bedrooms, each tastefully equipped with king-sized beds. At the end of the hall you find the Moroccan style bathroom with it beautiful mountain views.

One level down an independent suite, with it's own bathroom provides privacy within the privacy of the villa.

The guests have their own entrance gate and have access to the shared pool and pool area

Sitges with is’s beautiful 4 kilometres of Mediterranean beach, is situated just south of the city of Barcelona. Because of it’s geographical position it enjoys a pleasant micro climate.

Because of its open-minded and tolerant character, fantastic microclimate and proximity to Barcelona (20 minutes from the airport el prat, 30 minutes from Barcelona city centre), Sitges has been attracting millions of visitors and a steady stream of expatriates, second-home buyers and settlers, especially from Northern European countries.

Getting around comfortably and effectively does require a car. Shops, the beaches of Sitges and the city of Barcelona are a 5, 12 and 35-minute drive respectively.

There are several communal areas, like the breathtaking pool and pool area, with sun loungers, several private corners and unspoiled views over the green Mediterranean hills. The pool and the parking are the only shared places.

The privileged location of this Tuscan-style villa (that forms part of farmhouse Mas Nur), lies between the famous Penedes vineyards and the lovely beaches of Sitges (10 min.drive), gives you easy access to go, or see or do what ever you want. Whether it is to relax beside the pool, go to the beach, hike in the Natural Park, see Sitges(6km) to Barcelona-city(35 min. drive), enjoy Port Aventura or visit the Roman city Tarragona, it is all at a short drive.
Though located in the beautiful Mediterranean countryside, it has very easy access to the motorway (5 min.)
There are myriads of things to do in the direct surroundings, like horse riding, golf (in Sitges) or go shopping in the small romantic streets of Sitges or have a stroll along the boulevard with its beautiful palm trees.

Sitges is the most beautiful coastal village south of Barcelona.
It has no high rise and several cozy beaches and lovely restaurants and tapas bars along the beach and in the village itself.
The whole year around there are many exiting original catalane feasts celebrated Sitges.
Spectacular fireworks at the beach in August, art and film festivals and the famous carnival parade.
Out of high season it is still a very attractive place with a good climate(even in winter) and not to crowded.
The closest village for all your shopping is Sant Pere de Ribes( 4 min drive), a very nice authentic place, with supermarkets, great terraces for your morning coffee or tapas on the central historical square.

House rules
1. We allow adults only 18+
2. Silence hours between 23:00 pm - 08:00 AM.
3. The Accommodation must only be used by those guests named on the Check-In Form. You are not allowed to share the Accommodation or let anyone else stay there. You will occupy the property for holiday purposes and no other (unless a previously agreed event, such
as a wedding, corporate event etc). We will have the right to enter the accommodation at all reasonable times during the day (save in the case of emergency, when we can enter at any time) for the purposes of inspection and repair of the Property and its equipment, fittings and contents.
4. You must keep the Property and all furniture, fittings and effects (also dishes and cutlery), in or on the Property, in the same state of place, repair and condition as you found them at the commencement of the Period. The Owner will be entitled to deduct monies from the Deposit if extra cleaning is made necessary as a result of the Property being left in a dirty condition upon the Guest’s departure.
5. Please note that smoking is prohibited inside all buildings and rooms by law.
When guests smoke inside the Property’s buildings or rooms, Masia Nur/Sitges
Rustic Property S.L. needs to charge an amount of € 250,--. This amount will be used to clean the building or rooms, in order to prevent future guests experiencing inconvenience from the smell. Make sure cigarettes, cigars, pipes, …
are properly extinguished in the provided ashtrays when smoking outdoors.
6. We reserve the right to refuse to accept you (and your party) as a guest(s) or continue dealing with you (and your party) if behaviour is disruptive, threatening
or abusive towards our staff. In any of these circumstances, you (and your party)
may be evicted from the Property and no refund will be paid to you, and we may
make a claim against you for any costs and expenses incurred as a result of your
behaviour. Criminal proceedings may also be instigated.
