Meidän vanha maalaistalo on hiljattain muuttunut kaunis loma kotiin Alpeilla tiimi lahjakkaita arkkitehteja. Alkuperäinen terrakotta lattia, katto palkit, takka ja alkuperäinen huonekaluja Toscana tarjoaa vierailleen esimakua Toscana.
Talomme voit todella nauttia maaginen maisemia, aurinkoinen viinitarhoja, hyvää ruokaa ja viiniä, ylimääräinen elämänlaatu ... Italian Dolce Vita.
Täältä voit helposti vierailla tärkeimmät kaupungit tällä alueella niin kuuluisa: Lucca, Firenze, Siena, Pisa ja monissa muissa paikoissa niin rikas historia ja taiteen.
Se voi inolte helposti Välimerelle ja tutustua kuuluisan 5 Terre kyytiin purjevene.

Huvila sijaitsee pienessä kylässä lähellä Lucca. Huvila sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla retkiä kuuluisin Toscanan, mutta myös kohti merta, ja sen pitkä ja kauniita hiekkarantoja.
Olemme paikka luonnon ympäröimänä, jolle on ominaista oliivitarhojen, viinitarhoja ja metsiä. Pieni paikka, jossa aika näyttää pysähtyneen
Villa on suuri veranta pöytä ja grilli. Sieltä on hyvä näköala ympäröivälle maaseudulle. Täältä löydät uima-allas 6 x 12 metriä avoinna huhtikuusta lokakuuhun. Talo on levinnyt yli neljä kerrosta ja on kunnostettu huolella säilyttää alkuperäiset ominaisuudet ja samalla on kaikki modernit mukavuudet. Pohjakerroksessa on tilava olohuone, jossa vuodesohva ja satelliitti TV / stereot, ruokailuhuone, takka. Muutaman askeleen johtaa jopa suuri moderni hyvin varustettu keittiö, jossa pääsy puutarhaan (kaasuliesi, uuni, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, pakastin, kahvinkeitin), pesuhuone, kodinhoitohuone jossa pesukone ja silitysrauta levyt.
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta, kylpyhuone kylpyamme, suihku. Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, yksi yhden hengen makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone.

Muutaman metrin päässä Villa on irrotettu lisärakennus 60 m2. kahdessa tasossa ja koostuu:
Olo / ruokailuhuone, keittiö (kaasuliesi, uuni, pakastin, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni), kylpyhuone suihkulla. Yläkerrassa on kahden hengen huone, jossa viisto katto .Even liite on ilmastointi ja ilmainen WiFi.

Pyynnöstä järjestämme ruoanlaitto luokkiin ja illallisia keittiömestari.

Amazing

The is the perfect place to stay in Tuscany. We had two families - four adults and four kids, and there was plenty of room. The location is ideal for day trips to all the hill towns in Tuscany, and the scenery is simply gorgeous. The house is equipped with everything you need, the pool is fantastic, and Juri was always available to answer questions and provide suggestions. He also connected us with an amazing chef, Erika, for an Italian cooking class at the villa where we made our own pasta. And then there was the lemon cake that Juri’s mom Carla made for us and that was waiting in the kitchen upon our arrival. We would have traveled to Tuscany alone just for that cake.

Paradise near Lucca

A stunning home, spotlessly kept, beautifully maintained grounds and thoughtful touches such as chocolates and umbrellas supplied. We were 6 girlfriends each with a bedroom of our own and plenty of space to gather. Juri was very responsive and accommodating. We are already planning another trip to Villa con Piscine!

Tuscan villa, perfectly appointed

Juri and family made us feel so welcome. The villa is emasculate, perfectly appointment and a wonderful up place to relax and enjoy the pool or make meals together. Just a short walk to the grocery and perfectly situated for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Carrera and Forte Dei Marmi. We made so many wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Stay

We spent a week at the villa over Christmas with an extended family of 13 and it was spectacular. The villa itself is beautiful with plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Juri and his family live close by and did a fantastic job attending to everything we needed. On Christmas night they made us a traditional Tuscan meal that was out of this world. The villa is close to Lucca and Pisa and only an hour from Florence via the Autostrada. It’s the perfect spot for a Tuscan getaway. Thank you Juri and family for sharing it with us.

Absolutely amazing !!!

I booked this villa for a family reunion and to celebrate my sisters milestone bday, it was the best decision ! The villa is just beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice, with plenty of space for our family of 10 plus a little baby ! From the beginning, Juri was super responsive with any queries I had and so accommodating during our stay ! We also ordered the Tuscan dinner on our first night and everyone just loved it, mama Carla’s cooking is amazing and the care and consideration taken was unbelievable ! We cannot compliment this stay enough, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Tuscan experience - we will be back !

Highly recommend!

Highly, highly recommend renting this villa. We are a family of 4 adults and three very young children and for years we have annually rented homes for our vacations. This villa is one of our favorites for many reasons, including a fabulous host! The house was very clean, well furnished and had excellent WiFi. As we were traveling with an infant and toddlers, we were so grateful Juri also provided a travel crib, two high chairs , and appropriate pool and house toys.

Perfect holiday

We were here with our family and had a magnificent vacation. All was as presented in the advertisement (rooms very clean – very good air-conditioning – kitchen with all necessary equipment – nice swimming pool - etc.). Very friendly communication and high hospitality from Juri and his mother. Fast and correct follow up in case we had questions or specific needs. All was above expectations and we can only recommend this holiday house. A unique family holiday we will foster and never forget.

Fantastic villa and hosts

We we 3 families staying in the villa for a week. It was a great stay. We were welcomed by Juri and shortly introduced to the house. He also gave us some recommendations on where to eat and shop locally. We also got a nice cake, two bottles of nice wine and a bottle of limoncello from their own winery to enjoy during our stay. The is in great order with everything you need - The house looks almost newly renovated and was very clean and tidy. The pool was cleaned every morning, so very high attention to the tidyness and the hygiene. When we needed some extra cleaning of the pool due to a broken diving mask, Juri’s mother came within 30 min and cleaned the pool for us. Great service. Internet coverage and speed was not impressive, due to the general not so good internet coverage in the area, so nothing to blame Juri for - but perhaps good to know to manage expectations. All in all a fantastic stay with fantastic hosts. We give our best recommendations.

Really nice property

Beautiful property. It is nice to have a pool house well equipped in front of the swimming pool. In this way, it is always possible to watch the kids swimming/playing when yourself are preparing dinner/working/wants shadow. The landlord is reacting fast if you have any questions. He made good suggestions when we wanted to visit places. The full house is good equipped and has already some bases for cooking/drinking. I recommend you the place! Thank you Juri for the wonderful stay.

Wedding in Tuscany

The best accommodation we have ever had! Picture don't do it justice. Carla was very friendly, helpful and was always on hand to solve a problem. Very sweet lady and we all fell in love with her. We got married in Lucca and used the villa for some of our family and also our wedding dinner and reception, Carla gave us all the help we needed to make this a wonderful memory. Juri gave recommendations and assistance prior to our stay to make this a wonderful week. We will go back one day as this has been such a wonderful experience. Thanks again Juri and your Mum Carla x

Fantastic stay near Lucca

The house was great, very comfortable and well equipped, extremely clean and well set up for families. Pool was large and plenty of deck beds for relaxing. Lucca is an easy drive away with loads of restaurants and lots to do in the area.

Paradise in Tuscany

This villa exceeded our expectations, which is very rare, given that images of properties always look better than the actual property. Not in this case. This villa was an absolute heaven for our entire family coming from many corners of the USA. Juri's attention to detail and customer service, and mama Carla's warm hug and unforgettable cooking skills really added to our entire Italian experience. Perfect Tuscan Holiday

Juri is an amazing host. He is responsive, helpful and attentive. His mother Carla is warm and hospitable. They greeted us with home made limoncello, cake and wine! The house is rustic and equipped with all amenities that professionals and families would need - USB ports in the bedrooms, outlets throughout, WiFi, A/C in each room, wash and dryer, updated kitchen in both the main house and pool house. The pool is just steps away and the property is well-maintained. Our stay met and exceeded high expectations. We would stay again! For an additional fee, Juri and his mother hosted a feast for us. We did this the last night of our stay so the kids could squeeze in another swim.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura in occasione del Lucca Comics and games e nonostante fossimo in 15 c'era spazio in abbondanza per tutti. La villa è magnifica, situata in una zona tranquillissima ma abbastanza vicina a Lucca da raggiungerla con facilità. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima e attrezzata di ogni elemento utile per rendere il soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. The ideal place for a Tuscan Getaway. The views, amenities and hosts are beyond comparison

We stayed in August 2018 at this lovely, beautiful villa. The layout and amenities are new, sparkling clean, and the ideal layout for a family holiday. Juri and Mama made every effort and then some to make sure our party of 11, ranging from age 3 on experienced the best of Lucca. The recommendations and hospitality were overwhelming. Everyone was thrilled, Juri’s Mama made us dinner the last night and the food was the best we tasted all week. Our thanks to them and we hope to be back soon. The pride of ownership was felt throughout our stay. Thank you for the amazing memories and the family picture in front of the gorgeous sunflower field!

Großartiges Haus!!

Um es ganz kurz zu sagen: sehr gut / perfekt! Wir hatten das Haus mit 3 Familien (12 Personen) gemietet und haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung / Architektur ist schlicht aber stilvoll - mit alten Stücken ergänzt. Sehr geschmackvoll. Beide Küchen (Haupthaus und Nebengebäude) sind vollständig ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Herd etc. Besonders sind die beiden Vermieter zu erwähnen: Juri haben wir nur kurz bei der Ankunft (/Einweisung) gesehen aber er ist sehr freundlich und hat eine unglaublich kurze Antwortzeit bei Nachrichten an ihn. Seine Mutter ist einfach großartig! Sie ist vor Ort ansprechbar und kümmert sich um alles. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen !!

Amazing tuscan villa

This is the perfect place for a calm, relaxing vacation on the countryside in the beautiful Tuscany! We absolute loved our stay! The house is just lovely, spacious and very well equipped- it has everything you could possibly need. The large pool and garden is amazing: Our children played soccer every day. The location of the house is superbe: a couple of nice restaurants and supermarkets are close by and the charming town of Lucca is only a 15 minutes drive away. Pisa is about 30 minutes away and Florence 50 minutes. The owners are very charming, welcoming and helpful. Juri's mother Carla is a great cook: you should definitely book her for a genuine, delicious tuscan dinner at the villa.

A little bit of heaven in the Tuscan countryside!

We rented this villa to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was fabulous for all ages. We were a group of 13 ranging in age from 77 to 22 months. Carla and Juri are the owners and the most amazing hosts. They helped plan activities like horseback riding. They also solved problems. (We needed a doctor when the baby got sick). The Villa is beautiful, immaculately clean and completely up to date on amenities, Including a TV, VCR, Hair dryer, electric coffee pot, washer, and dryer. There are 4 bedrooms with extra large queen size beds, l bedroom with a set of twins, and in the annex a bedroom with 3 twins. All rooms have AC, screens, and shutters. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with plenty of glassware, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Carla even stocks oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, and some spices. It is perfect if you want to cook. I had Carla provide breakfast for us on our first morning. It included juice, coffe, milk, cereal, yogurt, fresh breads, sweet rolls, jams, fruits, Nutella, cheeses and meats. I highly recommend this. It saved us from having to get to a store right away and it was so plentiful it lasted several days. The real highlight is to have Carla cook a traditional Tuscan dinner and dine as group out on the Veranda overlooking the gorgeous valley. The pool does not have a true shallow end but it is large and is salt water. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool. There is also a hot and cold water shower poolside to rinse off. Pool towels were provided. The Villa is 7 miles from Lucca, 16 miles from Pisa and 40 miles to Florence. The mountains surround the valley and make for a lovely drive. There is something for everyone. We did a wine tour, biked, snorkeled, hiked, and did canyoning. The sightseeing is unlimited. All I can say is “IF THIS VILLA IS AVAILABLE, BOOK IT! You will not be disappointed. Carla and Juri will make your stay a little bit of heaven.
