Magrini is a pretty stone-built farmhouse with private swimming pool belonging to the Fubbiano estate where guests can enjoy the farm atmospheres and landscapes. The house is situated in a very quiet position at the border of the estate, a few hundred metres from the borgo with wine cellars and olive oil mill. The white and red D.O.C. wines and extra virgin olive oil are among the best in the Lucca area and are available for purchase by clients, as well as other local products.
From Magrini, beautiful views can be enjoyed of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves on the estate, and also the pretty village of San Gennaro which is just a few minutes walk away, reachable through a country path. A lovely swimming pool (8 x 4) has been installed in a very panoramic position, on a slightly higher hillock. The English-speaking management of the estate is available for assistance and can arrange guided tours in the surrounding areas. Cooking services can be organized at extra cost. The management lives in an independent house adjacent to Magrini but in no way interfers with clients' privacy.

Cleaning service is included 2 hours per day, 2 days a week.

Great hideaway - ideal for Lucca

This property was perfect for the 5 of us - lots of space and the pool was perfect. All we could have done with was an extra armchair or sofa as not enough comfortable indoor seating for 5 adults. Outdoors there was plenty of choice of deckchairs and dining garden furniture. The wine tasting and tour was a highlight of our stay. Highly recommended.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit Pool abseits gelegen und nur über Schotterweg zu erreichen. Sehr erholsam, freundliche Gastgeber. Alles ok bis auf die Matratzen.

Super hus, med gode faciliteter

Super hjælpsom vært, velholdt og smukt beliggende hus med en fin pool! Rigtig fin service med den lokale vin til velkomst og grundig rengøring af både hus og pool flere gang under vores ophold. Der er lidt langt til indkøb mm (bjergveje), og når der er meget varmt kan blæserne have svært ved at holde sovetemperaturen ned. En kort, men stejl gåtur op af bjerget, fører til en lille by med en fin bar/restaurant - kan klart anbefales.
