Tämä ranta sijaitsee upealla panoraamanäköalalla merelle, ja se kunnostettiin vuonna 2016 uudella keittiöllä, kylpyhuoneilla, makuuhuoneilla ja huonekaluilla, joista meressä sijaitseva condo nukkuu jopa 4 henkilölle. Herää makuuhuoneesi upealle merinäköalalla, nauti aamiainen panoraamanäkymillä ruokailutilasta ja jatka lomaasi unohtumattomalla merinäköalalla parvekkeelta.

Tämä 1 058 SF -yksikkö sijaitsee Royal Mansion Resorts -kylpylässä ja siinä on 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, täydellinen keittiö, taulutelevisio kaikissa huoneissa, mukaan lukien iso huone-TV päähuoneessa ja yksikköpesula. Nauti upeista auringonlaskuista rannalla ja hyödynnä lomakeskuksen merenranta-allasta ja klubitaloa. Tämä hämmästyttävä kattohuoneistoyksikkö sijaitsee 3. ja 4. kerroksessa, jonka avulla saat parhaat näkymät kompleksille. The perfect getaway

The condo was nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. The kitchen well appointed. It had everything you need for cooking from a large stockpot, crockpot, blender, hand mixer and other equipment. I would highly recommend this condo. It is convenient to everything, only a short drive! I will definitely use the condo again!!

Besides they were painting the building while we were there and they had a ladder on our patio the whole week it still was worth it. Loved the room!! Everything was clean and easy to get around. Even tho they were painting the building...it was very nice and the new paint even made it look that much nicer.

Location Is AWESOME!

We've stayed at this unit last year and then a few weeks ago. The view is breathtaking!!! We can't wait to book next year! Drew is awesome to work with and there are no surprises. What they quote is what you pay and the unit is just as advertised. We plan to stay here every year for years to come!

Can't beat the views!

Close to a lot of great activities. Super convenient to 528, so 45 minutes to/from orlando. Great response from Mgmt on any questions or small issues. Kitchen had good amenities. Has a lot of steps both inside the unit and to get to the unit. Many updates inside the unit, bldg exterior is a little worn but appeared updates are in process

Best view ever

The property was clean any issues was taken care of immediately like the light on the upstairs steps was out and was replaced within minutes. I would highly recommend the unit for the best view of cruise ships coming and going. The only downside was no elevator. I’m 61 and was still able to climb to the 4th floor but worth every step

Nice enough area but run down

This could be an awesome rental but the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. Organization, check in, beach supplies and beach itself were good. Nice bathroom remodeling was done. Needs more towels, needs a new cleaning service, needs a remodeled and expanded kitchen, needs a washing machine not covered in black mold, the remodeling that has been done should be completed, the carpet on stairs should be replaced - that is your first impression when you walk in! Deck is disappointing. Upstairs is hot. One of the rooms should have twin beds for kids. We read some borderline reviews from a year ago but decided that they must have been taken care of by the time we planned to rent. Not the case. The feeling of 'dirtiness' stayed with us the entire time.

Location! location! location! Beach front with view of ocean.

We loved watching the sunrise from the bedrooms and the balcony. We loved having two bedrooms on two levels - the third & fourth floor. Attention to comfort and detail in the furniture and decor was appreciated. Beach access was the highlight as well as pool and hot tub use. There were three large screen televisions but we were there to unplug and enjoy nature and the sound of the waves. Thanks so much!

Stayed in same unit many times-perfect location

Property is great-love the area. Been going to Royal Mansions since the 70's. Only minor issues are that the carpets needed cleaning, upstairs bed needs new mattress and a little bit later check-out time would be good.

Everything you will need is there! The view the appliances the kitchen utensils even all your towels and linens ( plus). The view from the bedrooms and balcony UNBELIEVABLE . The condo it's self is beautiful location amazing ! Clean and comfortable !

Incredible Views!

We had a great time! We really loved the Royal Mansion Unit 2301...the view from the balcony was AWESOME!!! We appreciate Drew's responsiveness for all of our questions and will certainly contact Drew for our next trip to the area as well as recommend him to any friends visiting the Space Coast. It is nice to have found an agency like them that we can trust to give us a great value with no surprises. Things that we loved about RM 2301: Incredible ocean view...the sunrises were SPECTACULAR! Separate bedrooms with their own bathroom Nice living area...somewhat smaller but fine for four adults Kitchen was smaller but well equipped Beds were comfortable Pool area was great Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys were great Things that we'd improve about RM 2301: Bedroom windows need to be repaired or replaced. They were very noisy with the high winds that we had. Carpets are in poor shape (badly stained) and need to be replaced or professionally cleaned. The window screens are in poor shape and distract from that million-dollar view.

The apartment was nice, great location, Too many steps for us to carry in our luggage and supplies. No elevator. Bed mattresses could be updated. Ocean front view and pool area are very nice.

Nice condo with beautiful view!

I really enjoyed staying in this condo! It had everything we needed for the week, all kitchen supplies even laundry detergent and it was nice and clean. I loved sitting on the wrap around balcony, even though you could see the ocean and the pool it felt private. The grounds were nice and even had a security guard that walked at night. We felt very safe. I will say there are lots of steps so be prepared. We brought our beach wagon and I was extremely thankful. We definitely recommend this condo!!
