Private & quiet location less than a mile from the historical Cape Charles. With quick access to the Chesapeake Bay, a boat slip is available for vessels up to 17'. The spacious backyard has a gas grill, firepit, corn hole boards and a covered porch. Enjoy the scenery from inside the large open kitchen/living area with floor to ceiling windows. Culinary enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen with a Viking gas cooktop, beverage fridge, undercounter icemaker, bar area & RO water dispenser. There is also a full house water filtration system and a whole house automatic generator, in case of a power outage. Beach chairs and towels also provided. *The hot tub is not in operation during the summer months, but the community swimming pool is within walking distance. While we value your privacy there is a security camera on the front of house only and is only monitored if necessary. The POA requires that all rentals sign an agreement regarding the use of common areas.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. The boat slip was perfect for our boat. The communication with the homeowner was beyond easy and the responses were extremely fast when we had any questions. I would absolutely suggest this house to anyone that wants to see Cape Charles, but wants a more quiet and quaint area to stay. I myself will be renting again in the future.
