The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed, also with a streaming Smart TV, while the second room has 2 twin beds, perfect for families with children. The full guest bathroom comes as a tub/shower combo. Kitchen has been newly remodeled and features stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee at the attached breakfast bar or in the bright open Florida room.

Settle in and relax with your loved ones on the comfy sofa while watching the large flat screen streaming Smart TV in the spacious living room. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 10:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available but require prior approval by Agent.
