The home is centrally located on an eastern facing canal with gulf access. The seawall offers the option for fishing and watching the Sealife.

Villa Tranquil Turtle features beautiful mid-century design style and décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for two families. The home features a split floor plan with one king size bedroom that has a connecting en-suite bathroom on one side as well as offering one bedroom with a queen bed, one with a full size and finally a pyramid style bunk bed for the kids on the other side of the home with a shared bathroom that also has access to the pool area.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable in this beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and warm design features with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with a huge center island there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as French doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool. The conversation area as well as the large jacuzzi floating into the pool offer a beautiful setting with the small waterfall.
