The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay! The property was great: from the large, comfortable and clean rooms to the lovely saltwater pool and outdoor seating area. The only thing this place is missing is a little bar that serves small plates/snacks. There was even a free pool table and games in the lobby and cookies & milk at night. Very welcoming and cozy.

Stayed on our return trip from camping after staying on the way up. Was so impressed with all the staff and facilities. Ample parking for our RV with a trailer behind. Very good coffee at the morning buffet. Oh, and the cookies at 8 pm!

Hair on the shower walls and I found a necklace in the room. Plus 'pet friendly' means they charge $75/night for your pet; more than some room nights cost locally and a deal breaker for ever staying again

Trip on our way to camp up north. Wonderful service and warm cookies and milk at night. Service was wonderful and the people were great. Clean and comfortable. Will be staying again on our way back south.

It was a nice hotel on outside & lobby. The room was dirty. Lots of dust bunnies, dog hair & a finger nail under the bed. The lady at front desk was great. Her name is Nancy.

Nery nice new property, staff friendly and well trained to be attentive to guests needs. Easy parking, clean and safe lot and location, comfortable bed and decent shower. Breakfast was sufficient but not memorable. Elevators were concerning as one was broken and second squealed like it was asking for help. All in all, a top tier hotel for Cape Gerardeau, Mo.
