Welcome to this beautifully renovated and decorated spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Green Point.

The apartment features open plan living with shiny high gloss floor tiles reflecting much natural light. Huge double sliding doors open up the living room to the balcony and invites outside into your living space. The living room features a large comfortable double couch and ottomans to put your feet up after a busy day.
