Staff are friendly Reception Staff are friendly and quick in checkin/out Hotel location is 20 min from V&A waterfront but they provide shuttle transport couple of times between 9:00 - 21:00 shopping center canal walk shuttle is available too breakfast is very good buffet beach is public and not private to hotel visitors swimming pools at hotel are not big and the wood ground around the pool need maintenance. entertainers are not available for evening show for tours i recommend red/blue bus with premium explorer package as it includes lot of entry tickets. table mountain please only with fast track ticket. you need special power plug in cape town but you can purchase from V&A waterfront shopping for 170 zar. cape agulhas is the two oceans point. gordon beach is beautiful for swimming.

Great staff, proper amenities, good food and variety of selection for breakfast. Had some plumbing issues, but was addressed immediately. We stayed for 6 nights and some days room cleaning are done in a hurry and some details were missed, but not really a big deal for us. Some nights were too noisy outside the hotel and disturbing sleep specially after a long day. Overall we have enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Cape Town in general. I would recommend the place.

Clean room. Food from restaurant and room service was good. The hotel itself looks old and outdated (carpet, walls, shower floor), but the room was comfortable. The room was over the conference room, which had a party the last night of the stay, but was very quiet throughout the beginning of the stay. Staff was polite and the drive to the attractions was reasonable.

What a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking a peaceful beach and the ocean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took care of me during my stay. The bar and restaurant staff, transport desk, reception staff were all great and made my stay one to remember. I would like to particularly thank the lovely Sonia who looked after me everyday at breakast time, and the spa manager who was also super friendly and helped me during my stay. Thank you all. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Thank you.
