Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Bad experience at check-in. Then problems with the room, tv WiFi not working. Asked for another room. I was told that there are no other rooms available. After telling her that we will find another place to stay there was suddenly a room available….we stayed here January 2020. It was lovely! The view is still beautiful! Quality has gone down very much! Won’t stay here again!
