Metropolis is a sought after building located in popular De Waterkant. The building has 24/7 security and access control. The apartment has 1 allocated secure parking bay with elevator access. Inside you will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious open plan lounge and dining area, TV with Netflix access, work space with uncapped high speed wifi, bedroom with ample cupboard space and comfortable queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Please note that there are ongoing balcony waterproofing works that will continue over the coming weeks at Metropolis. The scope of work includes the cutting and preparation of balcony surfaces, which will unfortunately generate noise during the approved working hours of 08:00 to 17:00, in line with the conduct rules of the scheme.
