The restaurant staff at dinner seemed a little disorganised or uninterested. Some just stand and you have to wave to get attention whilst one or two do everything. Hotel itself is great but I’m not sure the whole team really feel committed and proud to work for Radisson. To some it’s a boring “job” !

The Radisson Red is situated in an excellent location, right on the V&A waterfront, so easy access to all the shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. The rooms were clean but very sparce in terms of furnishings - no mirrors in the room and no outlets in the bathroom, so drying hair or prepping to go out was difficult. No luggage racks, shelves for storing travel items, so our bags and clothing were on the floor. Only 1 chair, so 2 guests couldn't sit and enjoy the view. Other than the basic room, the price was great and a nice stay.

I asked for a large bed, got 2 sm singles. I asked reception who said they’d send someone up to convert the beds, it never happened during my visit. Breakfast was good but busy. Each time I stood up to get another item from the buffet the staff would remove your plate and drink even if you weren’t done so other diners would take your place whilst you stepped away for a minute.

The concierge service was excellent. Nelly and Lauriel were great at setting up tours for us and calling restaurants to make reservations. They gave us suggestions on where to go and if we needed a driver or if we could walk! Very friendly and nice. The hotel is in a great location and you could walk to the waterfront in five minutes.

Breakfast very expensive so we went elsewhere. Went to eat at the rooftop restaurant and wanted to charge it to room but couldn’t the waitress called desk and came back and said room did not have credit, this has never happened to me in a hotel so wonder why? Also water only given to room on first day.why?? No shuttle from airport made this inconvenient so won t stay here again.
